“The framework is very good, but with the recent storm claudia the fixing bars did not hold the panels in place and a lot of them blew out i have had to puchase nuts and bolts to secure them”

“The actual greenhouse and the efficiency of Greenhouse Stores are worthy of a higher rating. Unfortunately the installers provided by Greenhouse Stores are only worthy of an even lower rating. The greenhouse was installed in July at a cost of £300.00 and we are still trying to get the incorrect roofing corrected.”

“The pane of toughened glass, bought to replace the one that was blown out of my new greenhouse, was delivered carefully and was of exactlly the right dimensions. It did however take a month to deliver it!”

“A reasonable greenhouse but a few issues. When constructing the greenhouse the instructions did not match the glass that was delivered as it showed two pieces on the roof but the glass that came was longer so only one piece was required. This was better in terms of fitting and overall look but caused a a delay as we had to work out what the issue was. Either send out the right installation guide or at least a note to say that the roof design had changed. I ordered the slatted vent but to fit this it required one piece of glass to be cut. It would be better to send glass cut to size rather than expect the installer to cut on site. Another issues is around leaking. The windows leak slightly when there is strong rain but the bigger issue is the design fault on the guttering. In heavy rain the gutters fill up which then pushes the water under the glass covering the roof which then floods the inside of the greenhouse. I have a water butt that takes the water from the roof and the pipes to this are clear so this is not the issue. I have had to put additional down pipes at the other end of the gutters to prevent the water ingress. Recommendation would be that either the gutters are made larger or fitted further away from where the roof glass joins the main body. However, the second option may still cause issues as the water would run down the glass when may cause ingress at the bottom.”

“I purchased this greenhouse last year but too late to really use. It took 2 people nearly half a day to erect. The black trim on the door keeps sliding down and the door doesn't close flush at the top. Apart from that I'm excited to use my first greenhouse. The seeds are planted.”

“Looks good scratches easily has started to bow. It would be better with thicker plastic if more expensive”

“The greenhouse arrived in good time. It's quite difficult to assemble with the support structure being very flimsy. My first reaction was to return it but decided to on balance to keep it. We successfully grow thought the summer and the greenhouse performed well. Unfortunately it blow away in the fist strong wind despite it being fixed down and added support attached. Draw your own conclusion.”

“Firstly, I must say, for the price, it’s not at all bad. A nightmare to errect so it’s straight and true. A little flimsy and awkward- yes, but it certainly does do the job. The instructions are very vague, forcing some improvisation. If there’s any kind of strong wind, this bugger will blow over easily and the frames will distort, making it very hard to repair. All that said, keep it out of the wind and it works great. Great company and delivered safely and on time.”

“Had to keep hassling you to get delivery - waited several months after ordering vents in shed allow rain in, only 1 window in glasshouse part -2 would be ideal. Mould grows on wooden shelves and humidity always high despite 3 x de-humidifying eggs in there but solidly built and looks good”

“good quality but wrong glass came for roof... we had to buy new pannels and have glass cut which unfortunatley left us with a bad taste in our mouth”
