I ordered my greenhouse in the middle of February. The parts arrived on 10th June and when I asked the lone driver when the installation team would arrive, he didn't know. At the moment I have had nothing from the installers. Poor show.

It looks like there was an initial delay with the delivery, which is something we will discuss with the manufacturer as we never normally have any issues. Almost impossible to interpret the assembly instructions. One glass pane broken. Rain pipes to water but were useless and very poor quality

Nice greenhouse, good price but parts were missing which contributed to huge delays. Paid for it to be fitted as part of the sale and that service was extremely poor. The fitter ( polite but questionably competent) - never did more than 4 hrs at a time although he did come back once a week over at least six weeks. The initial base he laid was too small and uneven, so began weeks of delays and excuses. It wasn’t an easy job but the whole process was very stressful and left us in a mess for far longer than we’d expected. There are still a couple of missing parts but we ran out of energy to bother to chase. We were disappointed not to be asked for a review at the time, the fitter had said there would be an after-care call but we didn’t receive one. Not sure where the responsibility for that lies.

We understand how frustrating this can be, especially when you’ve paid for fitting services. Just a quick note on the base, our installation service does not include laying a base so we are assuming that you had a third party lay a base? We do state minimum base dimensions on the website to make sure that customers have all of the information required. This will have caused an initial delay as the installation team will have allocated your booking slot, but being unable to make a start would have meant a missed day for them. Due to the installers having an already busy schedule at this time of year, they will try and get back to customers as soon as they can. Regarding the missing parts, its very rare that we do have an issue but sometimes it does happen and we will be taking it up with that particular manufacturer. It has taken 12 weeks from purchase and we are awaiting a company to come and erect it. If you live in Scotland you have to wait until there is enough work in the area before they will attend. I spent a lot of time and effort to get an installation date when I should have been using my greenhouse for summer bedding plants. They delivered the greenhouse and I stored it in my workshop. Thank goodness it was dry or the cardboard packages would have been in a sorry state. I can't comment on the quality and erection as it is due to be installed a week on Friday

not easy to erect, allow a very long time. Bought May 2024 and erected in a sheltered spot as directed, but it was very severely damaged in the gale in January 2025. I appreciate these conditions are rare, but they are becoming more frequent and this greenhouse is not built to withstand a gale. Left many messages to Greenhouse Stores (they never pick up the phone) for replacement parts but they never reply. I would not buy from them again

Weak and flimsy , blew down and bent in the wind. Not easy to assemble, very confusing instructions and some fittings missing.

The greenhouse is very flimsy and didn't stand up to the first bit of bad weather we had. It is currenly pinned down with scaffolding.

The greenhouse arrived in good time, I had a couple of problems that a couple of the thin bars was twisted and I had to get these untwisted to make sure they fit correctly. I also found that a couple or the clear panels had warped on the edges which I had to use a heat gun to put back to normal. I would say its good for a beginner but I would not invest in one of these from something else.

Greenhouse Stores were very good. The product was poor quality though.

The polycarbonate panels make a lot of noise - in even the lightest of winds and that is with product sent by the company to reduce this!!!

The frist process to buy was good but the return and the 3ndless wait for refund is very very very long and confusing

The issue with returning a glass greenhouse is that it has to be collected when the transport team are next passing as it cannot be collected by a normal courier due the to glass so this can take a number of weeks The product then has to be checked over and in some cases repackaged to make them sellable again, which as you can appreciate, can take a lot of time. They don’t return emails - I wanted to buy a second greenhouse matching the first and emailed them but they never bothered coming back to me. They also advertise special offers but don’t have the stock in to supply during the offer period.

I was sent the wrong sized base for my greenhouse and then made to feel I wasn’t telling the truth when I contacted the business. I then had to wait for a replacement which was thankfully sent via an express delivery.

If the item W was a Halls greenhouse fromJuliana Group, the service was excellent although the construction instructions left a lot to be desired. The staff at Juliana Group were most helpful.

Very flimsy and took a long time to erect. Glass blew out of door after 2 days and smashed (toughened glass) I rang to enquire about someone coming to inspect greenhouse to see if fitted correctly but not something they were prepared to do as they didn’t fit it and wouldn’t send me replacement glass which I obviously would pay for but just told me to look up a local glass dealer as they would charge me 5 times the amount !

We put the greenhouse up ourselves. Instructions not very clear looked on YouTube for help. Sections of glass too big 2 x 4 feet. One shattered on its own (replaced with polycarbonate). Door difficult to slide open and gap between door and framework no matter what we tried cannot rectify but it was the last thing we put up so make do. Window does not shut properly.

The green house looks good but I'm not sure how sturdy it is. It was quite difficult for our Bulder to put it together as the small pieces of glasses are clipped together. The clips are nuisances. The website mentioned that, that is theirmost popular greenhouse. And we purchased our greenhouse based on that declaration. We should have gone for toughened glass and not the one we have.

Slow to deliver a full service, inter department/company communication needs a radical, if not urgent overhaul. Still waiting for greenhouse to be erected, NOT a company to be recommended.

Hi, If you recall, you had ordered the incorrect glass in your original online order. If you had called us for advice, we would have recommended Toughened glass for the site you were putting the greenhouse. As it was, the fitter arrived in good time but had a wasted day due to the glass not being safe for your situation which he advised you on. The glass has to go back onto a routed delivery run as with your original greenhouse delivery as the glass cannot be sent via courier. Halls only have a finite number of installers and at this time of year and they try to get to you as soon as they can. As this is his second visit to you, he would have to reschedule some of the other installations he has in front of him. Hopefully, this has clarified the actual situation a bit more.
Instructions not very clear to follow, took several days to install, only one broken glass on unpacking, what a difficult task this was to follow. glad its all sorted now, looks good.
