Grace & Co is a family-run and family-owned contemporary jewellers set up in 2010 by two jewellery professionals with over 40 years of experience between them.

Since the doors of the first opened, Grace & Co has continued to grow and now stocks world-renowned, contemporary jewellery, watches, charms, and accessories 9 locations across the Midlands area.

Their knowledge and expertise in the jewellery industry have resulted in a team of staff that provide excellent customer service and a fabulous shopping experience, whether it be in-store or online.

“I bought two of the Nomination charms from you and have bought them in the past for my granddaughter. They came well packed and in plenty of time for Christmas. I am sure she is going to be thrilled with them. You always have an excellent choice and it suits me to shop on line as I can't get to the shops conveniently.”

“Not delivered when it was supposed to be ,but unfortunately you hide behind and say it was the post office that’s at fault and that’s that. But if you cared you would say what your going to do about and try and make sure no one else will have the same problem especially as it was for a birthday”

We completely understand how disappointing and frustrating this must have been. Your order was dispatched by us on time, but unfortunately Royal Mail has been experiencing some delivery delays due to the recent extreme heat. While this is outside our direct control, we appreciate that you placed your order with us and expected it to arrive within the timeframe provided. As a gesture of apology, we have already refunded the postage fee you paid, as communicated to you. We understand that this doesn’t make up for the disappointment of your gift not arriving in time, but we wanted to do what we could to acknowledge the inconvenience caused. “Lovely charms thank you, but the extra I paid for the words on a piece of card was very disappointing, very bland and very uninspiring, no colour no pretty card, or even a pattern, just very plain and boring! you shouldn’t charge extra for special words if you’re not going to make them appear special and heartfelt! That is just money for old rope in my opinion. Not a good look for a company selling pretty charms which will mean something to every recipient!”
