“Purchased a nomination charm online which went fine no problems but when I popped in to your Ashby de la Zouch store to purchase a gift bag to put it in I was told that no I couldn’t purchase a bag but I could buy a gift box for 5.00 rip off that was absolutely unfit for purpose.I was quite willing to buy a bag but to no avail so I popped in to card factory next door and got one for 49p it’s a shame card factory don’t do jewellery.So will take my business elsewhere from now on.”
