Since the doors of the first opened, Grace & Co has continued to grow and now stocks world-renowned, contemporary jewellery, watches, charms, and accessories 9 locations across the Midlands area.

“Received in good condition and quickly. All seems good but for a 18th bday present on 03/07/25 so hopefully all ok. Beautiful watch. And an extra discount so cheaper than other retail outlets. Thank you Grace & Co. X”

“I bought a watch for my mother in April, I contacted you to say it was broken within 3 weeks of her opening it I've had nothing back from yourselves. No help. No replacement. No refund. No help offered at all. I have called to No answer. I left my contact details on your 'contact us ' section of your website. £130 wasted. I would like a response please. “My item didn’t arrive when expected, it didn’t arrive at all. I contacted them several times before I got a reply. I eventually was sent another ring out just for the stone to fall out 1 day later”
