Since the doors of the first opened, Grace & Co has continued to grow and now stocks world-renowned, contemporary jewellery, watches, charms, and accessories 9 locations across the Midlands area.

“Ordered a Pandora bracelet for my daughter’s birthday. After ordering I realised I’d put the wrong delivery address. I called Grace & Co customer service and spoke with a very nice person who corrected the address for me and assured me all was fine. My daughter received her bracelet really quickly and was very happy with it. The excellent customer service was impressive and I will definitely be buying again from Grace & Co.”

“Not received my order. Was delivered by Royal Mail on 26/06/2025 and left under a hedge but I do not have a hedge. Tried to contact Royal Mail who said I have to contact the seller. Have emailed you numerous times and heard nothing. I want a full refund. I have a video and pictures as proof.”
