Since the doors of the first opened, Grace & Co has continued to grow and now stocks world-renowned, contemporary jewellery, watches, charms, and accessories 9 locations across the Midlands area.

“Brought 2 pandora charms for my granddaughter, she was very pleased with them. I was disappointed that I couldn’t purchase them from my local Grace and Co shop as I like to support the shops in my town. Unfortunately they didn’t have one of the items I wanted in stock and couldn't guarantee it would be in in time for Christmas. I don’t really like buying of the internet. Seamed odd that I could get the jewellery delivered to my local shop quite quickly through the internet order but th3 shop couldn’t order it in in time for me!!!”

“I am satisfied with the service, however, not the returns on earrings. These that I ordered were not what I expected, and I wanted to return them but discovered that I could not, in spite of the fact that these have not been worn.”

“Beautiful ring and easy to use the website. It will make a lovely Christmas gift. My only query is why don’t you do all sizes or was there something I missed? I had to go one size larger and hope for the best. Thanks anyway, would use you again if I needed to.”

“Easy online shopping. Somewhat difficult to see the actual sizes of items - which is the downside of all internet based orders. I bought some earrings for my wife (arrived in good time) which were quite a bit smaller than expected. I'm wondering if there's a way to show items "actual size" with a ruler or something next to them? Otherwise good.”

“Lovely necklace, delivered on time! Good email communication that item had been dispatched etc. Disappointed that gift message didn’t appear with item so recipient didn’t know who it was from!”

Whilst Royal Mail do offer a text notification with some of their delivery methods, as standard we do not provide our customer's phone numbers to Royal Mail. This is to not only reduce the amount of personal data shared, but also due to the amount of postage scams being sent via text message. This way our customers know that we will never text them regarding their order; only email or call. Stay safe. x
