“Go Assist has made me very angry and frustrated. I paid £119 on Sundayfor my freezer to be fixed quickly on the following Tuesday. Mention was made that they couldn't guarantee the "time", which implies the time on the day booked - not the actual day might be changed! Booking on Sunday and getting an appointment on Thursday when I'm not at home is not a Fast Service. I have cancelled and expect to get my money back, it that remains to be seen”

GoAssist introduced me to an affordable monthly warranty direct debit scheme to help me with the cost of any future breakdown/repairs of my appliances. The follow up contact to arrange dates for the engineer to visit was quick. Great service.”

“Was really surprised to get a call back within 20 mins especially being a Sunday . The lady was very helpful on the phone and have a appointment booked in for 48 hrs later to come and look at my appliance.”
