“Our experience of Go Assist suggests that they are absolutely useless at getting things fixed but really good at selling you an over priced service contract with a company that operates out of the same building as them 'Big Warranties'. The fixed price they offered on our repair to our oven was only available if you agreed to the contract. In practice it turned out to be over £200.00 more than originally agreed! "Read the Small Print". The good news is for this inflated price, over £500.00, a contract company did fix our oven but it took nearly 2 months. When finally completed they walked out leaving the old parts, packaging and filth all over the kitchen floor. It is hard to imagine how a service could be any worse.”

“Go Assist has made me very angry and frustrated. I paid £119 on Sundayfor my freezer to be fixed quickly on the following Tuesday. Mention was made that they couldn't guarantee the "time", which implies the time on the day booked - not the actual day might be changed! Booking on Sunday and getting an appointment on Thursday when I'm not at home is not a Fast Service. I have cancelled and expect to get my money back, it that remains to be seen”

“GoAssist helped me to plan and book the repair of my washing machine and dishwasher in a timely manner. GoAssist introduced me to an affordable monthly warranty direct debit scheme to help me with the cost of any future breakdown/repairs of my appliances. The follow up contact to arrange dates for the engineer to visit was quick. Great service.”
