My boiler was installed and found to be defective, Glow green refused to change this boiler only offering a repair, which I feel goes against the consumer act for defective goods

I was, at first happy with the service and left a five star review. But now? Absolutely not happy at all. We noticed a leak after the installation and have sent numerous emails and made numerous calls to rectify the situation and despite being promised prompt attention nothings been done. It’s been over two weeks now. We are paying this on a payment plan so the only option left open to me is to stop payment until the leak is fixed. This is not good customer service!!

Dreadful at everything else I have a request in them currently as my central heating has failed, I’ve been assigned an engineer that quite frankly couldn’t give a damm! No reply’s to my emails and when I do get hold of him he just fobbed me off.. I’m guessing they out source their engineers so if you get a devil may care guy like I did God help you!!

We decided to go with glow green. A year ago. Paid £3000 for a boiler . Could get the same boiler for £2000! But I thought it’s a good company. Well after a year the pressure in my boiler is high . We bleed the radiation but it’s still show 2.5 bar! Phone then a week ago still Did not do anything about my problem. Phoned them again and I told the guy what he read back to me it wrong . He was going on for 15 minutes how aggressive and abusing I am to him as I dear to correct him the details. He did send a message to the women who deals with my problem. Again 3 days later nothing happened. I had to phone an plumber to fix my problem as Lovely glows green refused to do anything even my boiler is under warranty!

They was done service in November and inspector put note to come and check pipe was leaking since they fixed the boiler since November to now they not come and fix the pipe. And taking money every month. Inspector was very good. And he checked everything properly.

Terrible cowboy company who are only interested in getting the boiler in and with shoddy at best customer care. Especially during a live install. They lie and they cheat, dont have a clue about GDPR and giving the information rewuested on time. Do yourselfs a favour and steer well clear. Your after installation help is very poor trying on lazy customer service advisors And a echo team who do not do pre booked telephone call since the 25th of Feb. I have a cold house I am aged 65 years now I have to search how to reconnect Salus The lazy boys like Carl are not helpful. Your after care is dreadful The boiler is top notch What am I paying for to service cos I have not had any tech advice on pre booked or any telephone call

I have had a very bad experience. They came quickly and fitted in a reasonable time. But left us with a boiler not working properly. Took the second payment out of our account without checking everything was satisfactory first. We are currently ringing and ringing to get something out to fix it. They say they will call us back but never do!!!

disappointed. Unreliable,, and unfaithful. I have been contacting Glow Green many times regarding the boiler installation, it’s been a week they don’t give a dam.poor customer service, rude staff, boiler installation did not be installed properly in first place due to delivery issues and I had engineer called PEPE he was great helpful and he couldn’t complete the job because he has to wait for the 2nd delivery it’s been a week I’m still waiting for the engineer to come and complete my job, its not the engineer fault it’s company they don’t give a dam I have paid £3000 for my boiler insulation and they dump me like rubbish , the boiler condenser water pipe left unfix, and the engineer who made the hole in my bed room to feed the condenser pipe that’s been left unfix I’m getting cold air every single day

Aftersales – APPALLING – So far waited over a week for someone to come and fix my 3month old boiler – No heating or hot water and a baby and two boys with additional needs to look after. The service provided over an issue for the valve still unsolved after two and half month! job reference has been closed three times without seeing any engineer attended! How great the system is No Hot Water No Heating! you must be kidding! after spending over £2500 on the new boiler!

Very bad experience with glow green from day one. First day of the new boiler installation was the 13th of March 2020 Everything was a disaster..! It took 3 weeks to complete the installation. In July 2020 the was a gas leak so I had to call emergency and it was fixed after 2 days. Now after 11 months of installation there is a problem with some of the valves that were installed by the engineer . The system makes a banging noise that sounds like my house is going to blow up and so I’m afraid to switch the system on leaving me with no hot water or central heating. I called glow green to report the problem and the can only come and have a look in April (5 weeks away) Very very bad after sale service, therefore I cannot recommend this coming to anyone . Actually I will tell my friends to stay away from glow green

Boiler installed but the installer left explaining the boiler thermostat to my neighbours upstairs! Complained to Customer Service as heating on all the time and raging hot at night. I would advise anyone against using this Company. Installer said he would get back to me. He did not. Promised technical support from Glow Green Ltd. Not heard a thing. No reply to emails or phone calls. Service appaling ...looking for compensation.

Two days after installation our boiler was not working and Glow Green were absolutely no help at all. I had to repeatedly call and chase just to be ignored - no interest once payment taken. No customer service and still no call back after over 2 months. Ended up having to go to another company to get it resolved, solicitor engaged.
