“I've been with Glowgreen for about four years. Had a new boiler and subsequent boiler services. All the staff are polite and reliable. The engineers explain what they have done and always leave the area clean and tidy. I would recommend Glowgreen to anyone looking for boiler replacement.”

“From quote to installation great service. They provided very competitive quotes on a number of different replacement boilers. When selected delivery and fitting were arranged and carried out on time. The engineer arrived on time and was very professional explaining what was going to happen. When finished ran through operation and left clean and tidy installation. Overall very pleased.”

“Terrible company. Don’t waste your energy or time. They will take your money, then week upon week cancel your appointment and waste your time. Want to complain, complaints will get back to you in 8 weeks - terrible service all round. Avoid!”

“The installation of a new boiler by Glow Green has been a total disaster.The first installers had no idea how to wire the boiler in and left the job unfinished. Although the wiring was eventually finished, further problems emerged and when I called in a local engineer he told me that a bypass had been installed in the wrong place meaning that radiators were heating up when the hot water came on even if central heating is switched off. Cost to fix this £618. Steer clear of Glow Green”

“Arranging of service for my boiler went smoothly and gas certificate was issued. In the course of checking my gas appliances Danny advised that my stove was unsafe and needed to be disconnected immediately as it was missing a safety feature and incredibly unsafe. I was without a stove for over a week and had to get another technician to come and install it and advised that the stove was working safely for the age of appliance (the appliance was approx 30 years old and in those times wasn't manufactured with a safety device, but was in good working order). I am a homeowner in a private dwelling btw. Ended up incurring a lot more cost than planned. However Danny was very friendly and responsive.”

“P Ward Had a great experience with Glow Green, I had asked for different scenarios of solar panels to get the best for my budget, good communication with the solar panel engineer who configured a system quote , I got all the quotes by email so I could check through them to decide which one I wanted , when I give the go ahead all communication with all of the people from scaffolding to fitting was all straight forward , had no issues , all great people , would highly recommend.”

“Glow Green has been fantastic throughout the whole process of my solar panels installation. When I was exploring options, the team has been very helpful in explaining the equipments whilst not being pushy at all. I was able to compare with a few providers and chose Glow Green with their competitive price and also their helpful attitude. The whole installation has been very smooth, and I can also see that there is a lot of governance steps that the engineers had to follow, making me feel that the installation had been very professional. Together with the warranty provided, it really did give me a peace of mind. Finally, the documents were also provided very quickly so I could apply for an export tariff with my provider as soon as possible. I am extremely happy with the service and would 100% recommend.”

“Customer Service is poor, they do not call you back and takes 3 or 4 calls to get some positive response. In hindsight I regret taking out a service contract with Glow Green there is always some hassle with getting an engineer to call. They do not have any suppliers in the area that can supply spare part.”

“Reliable company & amazing engineer. Glow Green is indeed a reliable company from start to finish while gas engineer Paul did a fantastic job. I would say that it wasn’t an easy boiler installation due to complexity of running a new gas pipes (old 15mm to 22 mm) from the gas supply to the new boiler. No complain at all and highly recommended. Truly indeed a team effort from Glow Green and gas engineer Paul.”
