“Really happy with the boiler, from my initial contact and the manner with which everything has been handled. Very professional and the anxiety level was taken away. All the equipment and the boiler arrived promptly, the engineer arrived the next day. Arrived promptly, explained his game plan and went with it. Kept everything clean and tidy has he worked through. Fitted within two days up and running.”

“Glow green are competitive on price. And give out multiple ways of payment options from 0% finance to full cash payments. Very responsive and you are always kept in the loop on what is going to happen from start to finish. I myself had a few unforeseen hiccups along the way. Nothing to do with glow green. Roofers came and said root was in a bit of a bad way in some areas. It was better to do a full replacement. Went with a better quote and done promptly. Changed the tiles from composite slate to an other style. They were thicker which meant the brackets for solar were too short. New ones came and old ones took away. All good. Smart meter was supposed to be fitted before installation for exportation. The main fuse for grid power was welded in blades so needed national grid to replace. Once done. Smart meter was put in and electrician came back out to do final checks to make sure it was all working as it should. Even helped with the set up of the app for battery. Big shout to Antonio he knows his stuff and made it easy to understand. Finally all was done and got pics of roof with solar on. Very neat. Next and last thing was the scaffolding to be taken down. Because of disruption of new roof. Scaffolding was up for 6 weeks in total. Mainly because the weather played a major part of the disruption. Safety first plus I wouldn't attempt to try and install panels in rain or icy weather. Glow green didn't charge any extra. Very accommodating. Would recommend to anyone looking at getting solar and battery, or any other green energy applications.”

“I chose Glow Green because firstly their price was very competitive to other people offering the same service. I had no heating at all and it was the middle of January so they were really efficient to get an engineer booked in. Kevin was really great, he explained everything he was doing so that I knew what was happening and was able to advise when things did not go according to plan, ie I had a severe blockage in the pipework. Being a woman of a certain age I felt very safe. with him in the house as he was polite and friendly. All the time this was being sorted the office kept in touch making sure that I was aware of all that was happening and that gave me the confidence I needed to know it would be sorted. I am really pleased with the work and how it was carried out and it is good to have a boiler that is working fully.”
