“Glow Green kept me updated and re-arranged for an alternative date that suited me after the failure of my Network Operator to provide the necessary certification in a timely manner. The scaffolding was erected and parts delivery made the week prior to installation, as had been advised. I was contacted the day before by the scaffolder to ensure all ok for their arrival the next day. Day of installation the two person roofing team were first to arrive and got to work unpacking the parts then installing the rails and panels, the electricians arrived about a half hour later. The whole system was up and running by 1:30pm, quick demo of the system, app set up and they were done, all packaging materials were removed by them I had nothing to dispose of. Scaffolding was taken down two weeks later and have to say very impressed with Glow Green and their associated contractors.”

“The service from start to finish has been excellent. Staff are helpful, friendly and informative. The only downside is that for the last 2 weeks we have been chasing the DNO documentation. We can't get any answers, phone calls are hardly answered, nobody will give us answers. We are sending electric back to the grid and can't get update on the paperwork to get money from the grid for it.”

“Brilliant from the first phone call. Extremely helpful and informative. The installation was quick and smooth. The team were great, worked hard and did a great job. Absolutely no no issues at all and really pleased we went with Glow green. We enquired with several companies over a period of time and these guys were able to instantly explain everything and answer every question. The information sent over was easy to understand and helpful. Miles better than any other company we'd previously spoken to. As soon as the installation was complete we already started to see the benefits of having solar and the panels and battery look really smart too. As you can tell, we are extremely happy.”

“Reece the sparky and Lewis the roofer both excellent. Scaffolder turned up 20 days late, was also a week late removing the scaffold. System seems good so far but the whole experience was ruined by the scaffolder, customer service were little or no use because as a contractor they couldn’t simply tell him to get it done as they would have been able if he was an employee. So it was the cheapest but obviously for a reason, the overuse of contractors is rife these days luckily for me the electrician and the roofer were top class and very professional.”

“Cheapest for a reason. Price, install, scaffolding all 10/10 Aftersales is an absolute shambles. Cannot speak to anyone, nobody calls you back. 8 calls made across 3 weeks just to get my MCS certificate and G99, which I knew they had from speaking with UK Power. £70 of exporting money lost due to their incompetence. Reality is they’re cheap because they have next to no staff behind the scenes so do no except anything. 3 weeks for something I was told would take 5 days.”

“Just had 8 solar panels installed with the Duracell battery system. All linked up to an app on my iPhone. The installed the inverter and battery in the loft then installed two smoke alarms to mains. They removed all the rubbing from site. Thanks, Jamie and Harry.”
