“I cannot rate this company highly enough. The service from start to finish has been exceptional. I started my enquiry with Liam, who gave me excellent advice and proposals. There was zero pressure from him regarding the sale. He told me to get more quotes and to come back when ready. I did so, and nobody could provide like for like equipment in a package or even match the quoted price. The service from there on was great. I was given dates for the scaffolding, delivery and installation. Unfortunately, I couldn't accept the original dates. It was re-organised very quickly and in a time frame that was appropriate for me. I was kept informed all the way by Glow Green regarding the progress and delivery dates. The delivery came on the Monday, scaffolding on the Tuesday and installation on the Thursday. Everything was so slick. When it came to the installation, I had Omnia Services. The nicest, friendliest, professional guys I could've asked for. John was the panel installation engineer and Rich was the electrician. During the whole installation, I was kept informed of what was going on, as well as information regarding post installation. They were very clean workers and tidied up after they had finished. The installation of the battery, invertor, installation switches etc is exceptionally neat. I couldn't be happier. The follow up customer care from Glow Green has also been great. I cannot find any fault at all with any of this service. I am based in the North West and Glow Green are in Bournemouth, but this didn't create any hurdles at all. If you are looking for solar installation, you must seriously consider Glow Green.”

“I was please with the quote after looking on line at others. The company kept me informed and were patient while I sorted out my finance as I didn’t want to take up their offer of same for personal reasons. When the installation happened the men were respectful and very efficient. I couldn’t believe how fast they were. Post installation I had a couple of minor issues dealt with swiftly and I am ver happy to recommend this company. All the paperwork etc again efficiently dealt with - my utility supplier was impressed I was able to pass so much over to them so fast.”

“Excellent solar panel installation I am very pleased with the solar panels and battery from Glow Green. They have been very efficient and helpful all the way through. Every time I phoned with a query they were helpful and quick to answer. The men who installed the solar panels and battery were very considerate. The panels began producing electricity immediately even though it was raining. I am very pleased with every aspect of the contract including a great price.”

“From quote to installation great service. They provided very competitive quotes on a number of different replacement boilers. When selected delivery and fitting were arranged and carried out on time. The engineer arrived on time and was very professional explaining what was going to happen. When finished ran through operation and left clean and tidy installation. Overall very pleased.”

“Terrible company. Don’t waste your energy or time. They will take your money, then week upon week cancel your appointment and waste your time. Want to complain, complaints will get back to you in 8 weeks - terrible service all round. Avoid!”

“The installation of a new boiler by Glow Green has been a total disaster.The first installers had no idea how to wire the boiler in and left the job unfinished. Although the wiring was eventually finished, further problems emerged and when I called in a local engineer he told me that a bypass had been installed in the wrong place meaning that radiators were heating up when the hot water came on even if central heating is switched off. Cost to fix this £618. Steer clear of Glow Green”

“Arranging of service for my boiler went smoothly and gas certificate was issued. In the course of checking my gas appliances Danny advised that my stove was unsafe and needed to be disconnected immediately as it was missing a safety feature and incredibly unsafe. I was without a stove for over a week and had to get another technician to come and install it and advised that the stove was working safely for the age of appliance (the appliance was approx 30 years old and in those times wasn't manufactured with a safety device, but was in good working order). I am a homeowner in a private dwelling btw. Ended up incurring a lot more cost than planned. However Danny was very friendly and responsive.”
