“My whole experience has been totally faultless, they were extremely patient with me initially being so indecisive and didn't hound me. Once I'd decided to go ahead everything was seamless from the ordering, receiving boiler and installation. I would highly recommend them to anyone, I'm able to pay over the year on interest free which is an added bonus. Can't tell you how much I'm enjoying having a hot shower now I've got a reliable boiler installed.”

“The engineer carried out an exceptional fitting for my new condensation boiler. All plumbing,wiring and outside drainage pipe was completed with minimal mess, which did him credit. My installation was not straightforward and the engineer went the extra mile to complete the job in one day. He was thorough and explained what he was doing throughout the day.I highly recommend Glow Green Ltd who proved that they are a very professional buisness with a professional support team. “We had a great experience with our recent solar installation from Glow Green Solar. The whole process was undertaken professionally, efficiently and at competitive pricing. Scott was very professional throughout the quotation and pre-installation stage, providing helpful advice. The scaffolding team worked very efficiently and were helpful and polite - exactly the level of professionalism you would expect from someone working on your property. The installation itself was completed in a couple of days, with our Electrician, Matt doing a brilliant job of getting the system up and running and explaining how everything works! The system is working exactly as expected so far and we are really happy to be enjoying the financial savings and environmental benefits our solar system is giving us. I would highly recommend Glow Green Solar and have already recommended to others considering solar. Aside from the professionalism and efficiency of everyone throughout the process, Glow Green’s quotes were extremely competitive taking into account the size of the system and life cycle of the equipment used. “Do not use this company Been a customer of glow green for 5 years. Upon having a boiler installed, we took up the service contract with this company, who stated that a warranty would be in place for the next 12 years if service carried out with them regularly. Unfortunately for myself, their reminding system to assist with remembering when to get a boiler service is absolutely woeful, and we didnt receive a reminder email in 2024. There is absolutely no system in place there to assist with chasing it through, and they are happy to let this go by and not care about it. My boiler now unfortunately has an issue, and they are happy to request that i pay a call out fee to have them come and look at the issue (even though i have been consistently paying them money for a service that i never received). It seems this system only benefits their company and i do care to give them any more of my money if this is the way it treats its customers. Everything will be cancelled and i will give someone else my money instead to undoubtedly give me a better customer experience. On top of all this, it has taken them 2 weeks to finally tell me this is there final position on the matter. Dreadful. Steer clear!!”

“From the very first enquiry I made about solar panels with battery, I was guided through each decision looking at variables as we went by Liam. He was very instructive, calm and explained with great clarity. I didn't feel at any point under pressure to purchase and felt reassurance at the idea of being free to change my mind at any point of the process. On the day of installation Matthew, our appointed electrician was absolutely marvellous, very calm, easing the process but also meticulous. A pleasure to have in our home. The fitters found alternative ways of fitting the panels as this is where I feel having a surveyor visiting rather than relying purely on an algorithm would be hugely beneficial. After service too has given us great peace of mind and we are seeing very welcome savings on our electricity smart reader. Thank you Glow Green”
