“I was very pleased with the service provided with the install of my Bosch 3200i split air conditioning workers were very professional the response was quick and they left no mess the Bosch unit gave me a surprise i had to buy another gadget £100 + to connect to Alexa and my phone but it is still s great gadget it cools amazing i would recomend”

“I had solar and batteries fitted and I am super happy with the quality of the installation, which is what I paid for, so very happy with that. I would use them again without doubt, but I now know to take with a pinch of salt what the account manager says, I won’t mention him by name so as not to cause any harm, but once I agreed to the price and payed the first instalment, I never heard from him again, despite sending multiple emails.”

“Very good experience all the way from initial request for a quote through to installation. Once the order was placed we were kept updated as to scheduled delivery, scaffolding and installation dates. These were are all on the dates predicted. Installation was amazingly efficient and quick, the engineers providing a very professional service. I’d happily recommend Glow Green!”

“I contacted glow green on 27 February told the man I needed a new Worcester boiler agreed a price and paid £1 thousand five hundred and 39 pence up front was told it would be delivered on 17 march and would be installed the following day it was delivered but later that day I got a message saying that the engineer had let them down and they would keep me informed when they were going to come three weeks later and not a phone call back so I rang them was told that they would call back about another date but they didn’t once again this went on to June me ringing every two weeks eventually got it done on 17 June they just told lie after lie the only good thing about it was it was a very good engineer that installed it a very nice guy I give him 5 stars do not touch this lot with a barge pole”

“Very disappointed with my experience with Glow Green. The sales process was smooth, but once the installation was completed, the after-sales support has been extremely poor. Within the first few months, my system developed faults multiple times. More recently, I discovered dampness, mould, and water marks in my loft around the area where the solar installation cables were routed. I raised these concerns with Glow Green and provided photos and videos showing the issues. An inspection was arranged, but the contractor who attended did not properly inspect the loft space and, in my opinion, did not carry out a thorough assessment before submitting a report. Despite my concerns and evidence, I have spent months trying to get answers and a resolution. I also discovered that one of my solar panel strings is significantly underperforming compared to the other, meaning the system is not generating the level of power I was led to expect when purchasing it. The most frustrating part has been the communication. Responses are slow, follow-up is poor, and I constantly have to chase for updates. As a customer, I expected much better support when reporting issues with a relatively new installation. My advice to anyone considering Glow Green is to look very carefully at the quality of the installation contractors being used and to consider how important after-sales support is if something goes wrong. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Glow Green.”

“We found that the whole process of getting our solar panels and getting them installed was made easy as the staff that we had dealings with at Glow Green were always helpful. We were given 3 quotes for different configurations with a full description of each configuration along with costings and payback periods. There was no pressure to buy any of the configurations and we were given plenty of time to decide what we were going to do. Once we had decided we were kept fully informed as to how order was progressing and when to expect the delivery of items and installation. Deliveries arrived on the expected dates but we did have a change of installation date. The installation went well considering it was poring with rain but it was still completed in just over half a day. The rubbish was tidied up and left out in front of the house ready for collection. Everything so far is working well and overall our experience with Glow Green has been very positive.”

“Terrible Company I contracted Glow Green to install a Tesla Powerwall battery, but the entire process has been characterised by missed appointments, poor communication, contradictory information, and a complete lack of professionalism. The installation was originally scheduled for 12 May 2026 and then rescheduled for 14 May 2026. On both occasions, I rearranged my commitments and stayed at home waiting for the installation team. Nobody attended either appointment, and no advance notice, explanation, or apology was provided. When I contacted customer services, nobody could explain why the appointments had been missed. To make matters worse, as of 8 June 2026, the battery still has not been installed. The most alarming part of the experience was being informed by Glow Green that the battery had already been installed when no installation had taken place. Being told that major work has been completed when it clearly has not raises serious concerns about the company's internal records, communication, and project management processes. My confidence in the company was already low, but this is not an isolated issue. I also raised a separate complaint on 11 February 2026, and almost four months later I am still being told that the matter is under investigation with no meaningful resolution. The customer service has been extremely disappointing, the installation process has been badly managed, and the complaints handling process has been painfully slow and ineffective. For a company entrusted with significant home energy projects, this level of service is simply unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise potential customers to think carefully before choosing Glow Green. I have lost confidence in the company's ability to communicate effectively, manage installations properly, and resolve customer complaints in a reasonable timeframe. I cannot recommend Glow Green.”
