“The engineer was in and out in less than 10 mins, he flicked the power switch on and off a few times, told me the compressor was gone, calculated it would cost me over £500 to repair, took my £80 payment and left . Very efficient - I just didn't like the bad news.”

“it was a cooker light bulb gone, which tripped cooker electrics and made the bang. However £98 for a call out is very expensive to me for a new bulb. Chap did simple diagnostics. Web site said around £50 so misleading when I rung to book in an engineer. Job satisfactory, obviously, call out exorbitant and misleading.”

“good service. sorted out the problem with our machine. only thing i don't like is the long time slots. would be even better if these were 2-3 hour slots instead of 5 hour slots”
