“Great service. Louis and his companion were so efficient and explained everything very well. they needed a new part for my Bosch appliance but came back very soon and fixed it. All working fine now.”

“I cannot praise your company enough. From the girls who answered the phone to the technician who repaired my oven, it was first class. I was kept fully informed and everything is working fine. A refund for the part that could not be replaced was back in my account in a couple of days. I took a chance getting a company from the internet but I can honestly say I could not have wished for a better, more professional company and I would recommend you to anyone. I wish all companies operated as you do. A massive thank you to all of you and Merry Christmas and a great New Year.”

“Once again, Glotech has provided an excellent service. All the engineers who visit are both knowledgeable, timely and courteous. I can't praise them enough. In particular, Danny, who made the original visit to my defective fridge on monday, and Andrew (Pickles), who completed the final repair today, were both simply excellent. In fact Andrew is probably the best domestic appliance engineers, I have ever met, and is a genuine credit to the Glotech brand.”

“I had the Glotech guys out to repair a hob and they were great. Turned up bang on time, very friendly and courteous, and most importantly, they quickly identified the problem. This went beyond the appliance as it was electrical, but as a result we are now fully back up and running. They are definitely my go to for any future issues.”
