“A very efficient booking system and request for an early appointment was agreed. Technician arrived on time, was very efficient and provided detailed work undertaken. Repair part arrived within 24 hours and date and time agreed to be fitted. The cost was a very competitive one.”

“We were really impressed with the service, I was a bit apprehensive as it was an online booking thing and had no actual conversations with anyone but Alex arrived for the booked time, repaired the tumble dryer with no problems and cost under a £100 so great service in our eyes. Would definitely use again!!”

“OUR DISHWASHER DOOR HAD STARTED TO BECOME PROBLEMATIC. GIOTECH WERE ABLE TO PROVIDE US WITH AN APPOINTMENT IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER, THEIR ENGINEER ARRIVED PROMPTLY, FOUND THE PROBLEM WITHIN MINUTES AND RECTIFIED THE ISSUE ALMOST IMMEDIATELY. HE WAS FRIENDLY, CLEAN AND TIDY, AND LEFT US WITH THE IMPRESSION OF A VERY COMPETENT SPECIALIST ENGINEER. HE ALSO ADVISED THAT IF IT `PLAYED UP' AGAIN, JUST TO CALL THEM, AS ANY FURTHER VISIT WOULD BE INCLUDED IN THE CALL-OUT CHARGE, WHICH WAS VERY REASONABLE.”
