“The engineer who cam was a gentleman”

“The engineer arrived at the allotted time. He was able to repair the washing machine and clearly explained the problem. He then cleaned up after himself and left the kitchen as he found it. I would recommend this company to others.”

“My ‘antique’ (1992…) De Dietrich oven thermostat stopped working - oven was overheating. Glotech managed to locate a new thermostat!! And the lovely, helpful engineer (born the same year as the oven!) performed the initial diagnosis & then quickly removed the old faulty thermostat & put in the new one. Oven is now not overheating & I don’t have to spend on a new oven!! Thank you”

“Alex arrived at the agreed time, quickly diagnosed the fault and ordered the parts. As soon as parts were available an appointment was made to fit them. Again arrived on time and fitted parts. Very happy with the service received.”

“My first experience with Glotech. Found them very quick and efficient. Nice friendly engineer. Phoned 30 mins before to let me know he was on his way. Callout charge a bit steep but only paid for parts on consequent visits. Would use them again.”
