“Once again, Glotech has provided an excellent service. All the engineers who visit are both knowledgeable, timely and courteous. I can't praise them enough. In particular, Danny, who made the original visit to my defective fridge on monday, and Andrew (Pickles), who completed the final repair today, were both simply excellent. In fact Andrew is probably the best domestic appliance engineers, I have ever met, and is a genuine credit to the Glotech brand.”

“I had the Glotech guys out to repair a hob and they were great. Turned up bang on time, very friendly and courteous, and most importantly, they quickly identified the problem. This went beyond the appliance as it was electrical, but as a result we are now fully back up and running. They are definitely my go to for any future issues.”

“Very polite and professional engineer and turned up early! Showed me what the issue was and explained why it had happened, he then fixed it, tidied up, put the machine back and was on his way. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. Thanks Daniel.”

“Courtesy call 30 minutes before arrival is very helpful. The engineer who mended my tumble dryer was very polite, efficient and thoughtful. After the repair, he was very careful to ensure the cabinet door closed precisely - in fact he left it better than he found it !”
