A prompt appointment easily arranged. The engineer arrived as arranged. He was experienced and his knowledge made him well placed to do the job. He was happy to engage with the customer, answering questions and demonstrating the repair.

Vladimir was very efficient. He was able to sort the problem with my freezer very quickly. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in a friendly and clear manner. 5 star service

Leon came inequipped for the task.Negative attitude,no basic material eg receptacle for draining water,cloth to protect floor,nor tools.The problem remains.Deblock drainage.

Easy to book with a follow up confirmation call. Then a call on the day from the engineer to give a more specific time. A clear price guideline for the call out. Talked me through the checks and the issue which I appreciated. Kind and polite giving good tips for prevention of the issue.

Everything worked like clockwork. Promises and timescales worked and within 5 days my washer and dryer was back to normal. Service emgineers Chris and Darren well equipped and knowledgeable. On this one repair I would highly recommend Glotech

We were very disappointed to say the very least at the service and the charges. We called and booked an appointment thinking we would get our washing machine repaired on the day but at least the correct diagnosis. However, the engineer turned up and without really looking at it said it was a faulty door lock causing the problem!! he then ordered a new one and charged us another 39.25 so in total £120.79 for the job. I asked if it was the drum, motor or bearings that were faulty to which he said no without checking!!. The new engineer turned up on the Thursday with the lock and was excellent and immediately told my wife that it was nothing to do with the door lock but the motor and bearings were finished and a new washer was required!! We have ordered one but are having to wait for it to arrive therefore over a week without one if the first engineer had done his job correctly we would have had one on the next day. Through no fault of our own, we have suffered greatly incurred much cost in having to take our washing to be cleaned and the travel costs. However the company are refusing to accept the issue is theirs and is very, very poor in refunding the monies paid (other than the lock credit) and compensation which any other company would have done.

The chap who came and fixed my fridge was excellent, but dealing with the office was something else. 1st the gentleman did sound like he worked in a scam call centre so was wary of handing too many details over and opted to pay the engineer. When you fill their quote form in and ask for the next day it does tell you then if the date is available, makes me wonder if there even is a next day service. Finally got a date sorted and arranged for someone to be here when the engineer came got a phonecall the next day saying the engineer was coming at a different time, unable to reorganise anyone to be here stuck to the original time.

No repair was carried out as it was not economically viable to do so. I discussed a replacement with the engineer and we agreed a suitable model and acceptable price. I was promised a phone call the next day to make the arrangements. However no call, for which I waited in all day, was received. Eventually I received an email quoting prices for models well in excess of my requirements and price range. I was most unhappy about this and so went elsewhere to purchase a replacement machine.

I recently asked for an engineer to come and repair a broken hinge on the fridge door, and was very pleased with the prompt response and efficient repair job which was done.

Called me very quickly after making an online inquiry. After describing the issue an explanation of costs was quickly given and a convenient appointment made. Turned up on time, was very polite, assessed the issue and implemented the fix. Cost was as previously discussed. Was very happy and would use again if needed!

We had a reluctant engineer visit to our faulty dishwasher. We paid the fee before arrival and then when the engineer arrived he did not knock on the door or ring the bell but phoned me to ask if anyone was at home. If I hadn't answered the phone I think he would have driven off when in fact we were at home. When he came into the house he said 'it's probably the heater element or the control panel and it will cost £190 so it's not worth repairing and said we should get another dishwasher'. At this stage he had not even looked at the dishwasher. I insisted that he checked the gasket because I thought there was water in the sump and he reluctantly looked and found water in the sump. He drained it and said it should be fine now, but if we have any more problems we get a free call out. He did not investigate how the water got into the sump. After putting the dishwasher back in place he left, but then we realised that he had not levelled the dishwasher and we now have an integrated dishwasher with a sloping door, with the bottom of the door jutting out 1 inch in relation to every other kitchen cabinet but flush at the top of the door. I have no faith in the repair being permanent because the cause was not investigated. I do not know if this engineer is typical of others but all I can say is that he was reluctant to do anything helpful.

Brilliant. The engineer turned up on time, was friendly and knowledgeable. Fixed the issue quickly and showed me what had caused the problem. Can’t fault these guys. Totally awesome

Very efficient service, took an initial payment over phone engineer came fixed oven within 30 mins and I payed balance (parts) would recommend Glotech. MR. CORNER (Northolt)

Service was good and part arrived within a few days. When the part was installed the engineer was angry due to the limited time slot (apparently was given only 40 mins and took him an hour). This increased stress when the installation and the kitchen was full of water.

i booked fridge repair more than two weeks, the 1st D a guy came(between 9-12) arrived at 11:15 checked the fridge in less than 15mnts he told me you'll have to switch off the fridge for 24h before our next visit next Monday, and he said they will order the part. so Sunday to monday Fridge off. no one come on Monday when i called they say they ll come on Thursday, so i did same thing for Thursday, (between 12-5) the guy came at 3:30) he removed the old part and break it but when he was going to place the new part he found out it's not the right one!!! so he explained to me, and that made me so upset,cuz that s not professional at all.. and the fridge was not working any more because he break the part.. i stayed a week without fridge and this morning they sent me messages that they re coming between 1-5 i called them at 3.30 they said sorry we don't have any booking for you,! i said WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU JOKING! THIS COMPANY IS A REAL SH**T.. but the money they took it every visit 50£ and i paid the part 50,so 150£ and nothing was done, worst i am witout fridge for nearly 10days..before at least the freezer was working only the chill wasn't working very well..
