“Didn't solve the problem”

“5 stars for the engineer who came out - I think his name was Andrew - he was absolutely great, let me know he was on his way, arrived on time and sorted our dishwasher problem very efficiently. No issues with the service at all and I was very happy with it. Bit put out by Glotechs lack of clarity on its website about fees - the advertised £79.95 call out charge doesn't include VAT, and I don't think this is very clear on the website. Be aware the actual fee you pay is over £90.”

“Impressed with the service from GLOTECH REPAIRS. I had an appointment within 3 days to look at my American fridge freezer. Jacob the service engineer telephoned to say he was on his way, impressed with customer care. He was very professional , explained what was wrong and fixed the problem in no time. Overall I have no problems with highly recommending Glotech Repairs.”

“I used Glotech repairs recently to fix my dishwasher. I got an appointment for the next morning, the engineer was friendly and really knowledgeable and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. There's no hidden fees as the cost is agreed before the work goes ahead. Highly recommended and I wouldn't use anybody else now.”

“The engineer was very polite and gave me some sound advice My machine was on a recall , I had registered, but had not received Any information from whirlpool and I am due a replacement machine I would not hesitate to call you in the future”

“Was told repairs would cost a lot because the mode of freezer was very old.. they could have highlighted this to me when i gabe them the model number. They charged me over £80 for coming out so i can’t afford a new freezer”
