“Very responsive and polite staff on the phone, wait time to get someone out to the house was Not short. Regretfully the engineer had to be called back as the problem had not been solved nor checked if resolved (another 4 days wait). But all is good now. This was 5 months after the same problem had been attended to by the same engineer. Was charged labor fee both times even though within 6 months.”

“The technician gave me a price for fixing the washing machine, which amounted to the same as a new machine. As the call out charge was already very high I decided not to go ahead with the repair.”

“Quick attendance and bang on time. courteous engineer. sadly could not fix as product no longer made but I did provide the make and model when booking so would have helped to know then that it couldn't be fixed.”

“Disappointed initially when Glotech cancelled our appointment and we had to reschedule with no appointment available for nearly a week. Experience then was good. The repair man came on time and got our dishwasher going again.”

“Appointment booking was good, very friendly advisor. On the day, service engineer phoned before he arrived. Very professional and friendly, talked me through the repair of our Bosch Dishwasher where we had to have heat pump replaced. Repair carried out efficiently and in a timely manner. Thank you Gavin ! Glotech have a very efficient bespoke digital system, where all details of repair (including payment) all done electronically, so no paperwork and very quick. Call out charge reasonable, good spare part was available so dishwasher could be fixed on the day, but unfortunately paid more for it, than if I had bought the part on line myself !”
