“The engineer came on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the necessary parts, returned at the arranged time and fixed it; a 25-year old dishwasher is now working well again. We are very satisfied with Glotech's service.”

“Very good service. Engineer very professional. They let you know the labour costs before you set up the appointment so no hidden surprises. My dishwasher is up and running again.”

“Need the extractor fan fixed. They came on time, rang one hour before to give me a time of arrival. New exactly what to do, completed the job really quickly. Would definitely use again, highly recommended.”

“We have had excellent service from Glotech: when our tumble dryer failed a service engineer came within a couple of days, he was polite and efficient. Unsurprisingly (old and hard worked) it could not be repaired (motherboard!) but they were able to replace it with the modern equivalent: old one removed and new one connected within a week. We would not hesitate to recommend them and will certainly use them again should the need arise.”

“Engineer courteous and efficient. Initial online booking streamlined except I’m sure I selected 8:00-13:00 yet the confirmatory email stated 8:00-17:00. Had to chase at 12:15 on the day for an ETA, having had no contact since original booking other than this request for feedback eMail.”

“The service man was very polite and friendly, I was told I would get a call to confirm arrival time which did not happen but I was at home at the time anyway. The machine was stripped and cleaned but no obvious fault found although it is now working again.”

“Your man Travis visited as we had a noisy fridge which we worried would mean replacement or substantial expenditure. However he diagnosed as vibrating fan at rear. It was an integrated unit so was tricky to access but he did and resolved the situation. He was cheery and professional throughout and we were delighted with the result....it reflects well on your company. Thank you and we will certainly use you again and have already mentioned your name to others. Regards Ian and Barbara Meekin”

“We are new to the area and needed an engineer to come out to our washing machine. The booking process was easy by telephone, the guy contacted us when on his way and the repair was carried out within the terms set. All good and we will use Glotech again.”
