“Customer service was excellent, the fault with the fridge freezer was diagnosed very quickly and dealt with in a short space of time. The engineers, Gavin and George were very professional, friendly, and worked very efficiently and tidily. The charges incurred we felt were very reasonable. A big thank you to Gavin and George, and we would not hesitate to recommend your firm to anyone. Many thanks Peter Thatcher”

“Engineer Paul contacted me prior to his arrival the following day. He was punctual and efficient. Found the fault which was electrical, rectified it and made sure all was safe checked the washing machine was working okay and signed the job off. Will use Glotech again if necessary. Thank you Paul.”

“The two repair men Gavin and George were very professional and friendly. Unfortunately our Miele washing machine was beyond repair😂 But we did purchase a new Bosch which was delivered and fitted on Saturday 24/6/2023 again both men very helpful. Very good service. Thank You I am waiting for the receipt for the new washing machine and fitting charge which I assume will be emailed to me?”

“Found fault straight away and fixed - did warn that the motor did not look too good so I am aware the machine may not last too much longer. The engineer was very efficient and polite.”

“I've given 5 stars despite my appliance not being fixed due to the part needed being unobtainable now. I was kept up to date with my appointment time and offered an earlier one owing to another customer's cancellation. Ben was friendly, polite and knowledgeable.”
