“The two repair men Gavin and George were very professional and friendly. Unfortunately our Miele washing machine was beyond repair😂 But we did purchase a new Bosch which was delivered and fitted on Saturday 24/6/2023 again both men very helpful. Very good service. Thank You I am waiting for the receipt for the new washing machine and fitting charge which I assume will be emailed to me?”

“Found fault straight away and fixed - did warn that the motor did not look too good so I am aware the machine may not last too much longer. The engineer was very efficient and polite.”

“My fridge heater wasn't working and got it replaced after initial assessment. All done with prompt timing and quote was reasonable. Working good now.”

“I've given 5 stars despite my appliance not being fixed due to the part needed being unobtainable now. I was kept up to date with my appointment time and offered an earlier one owing to another customer's cancellation. Ben was friendly, polite and knowledgeable.”

“Always a reliable company. We had needed their help last year and they were prompt, put a lot of effort into actually diagnosing and fixing the problem rather than just saying our fridge was broken and nothing to be done. This year we knew the issue and got them out. Arrived on time, gave us a heads up on the time as well. Great professional service. Thank you!”

“Being able to book a slot online was a big benefit. The engineer let me know when he was on his way. He explained everything he was doing and also gave some tips on using the washer dryer better.”

“Turned up when expected, Adam took the machine apart but couldn't find anything other than a five-pence piece, reassured me there were no visible issues, and followed up with a phone call later in the day to see if I had any issues after doing some washing. Which I thought was a great thing to do + advised me if I had the same issue within 6 months there would be no call-out charge.”

“It was very quick and easy to arrange an engineer visit. The engineer arrived on time, was very pleasant and ordered the required part. When the part arrived an appointment was made for the following day and the repair completed. I was very happy with the service and would not hesitate to use the firm again if needed”
