“Your technician was very knowledgable and polite. He diagnosed the fault fairly quickly and unfortunately we needed to replace the machine. He was very polite and i felt confident with his assessment.”

“Good communication before visit, confirmed date and time, cost, what to expect. Engineer called before he arrived, which was on time with the correct part. All went well and he gave us some advice on looking after the heating element. Polite and efficient.”
