“Excellent service, very professional. Technician arrived on time. Checked the appliance, ordered the part. Part arrived within 48 hrs and in less than a week our ice dispenser is working again. The contact with the company itself was prompt and efficient. Geotech repaired an delivered as promised. Service with no fuss - exactly what’s “written on the tin”. Thank you”

“Both technicians arrived on time, where knowledgable about the appliance, diagnosed the fault and undertook the repair quickly once the part was available. Also suggested a long term solution to prevent issue occurring again in future. Would certainly use Glotech again.”

“Excellent service. Professionally handled. Phoned to confirm arrival time at my property. Arrived as promised. Explained everything from the payment to the service being carried out. Honest assessment carried out and spoke in plain terms. Turns out issue was not as bad as expected and only did what repairs were actually needed. In this case no new belt. Belt just needed refitting. Tumble dryer was tested and checked over before engineer left. Will definitely use Glotech again 100%.”

“We had excellent service. Two polite engineers who ordered the parts we needed and fitted them quickly. Excellent value for money too. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.”
