Geotech arrived early morning having phoned to let us know. The technician found the issue with the dishwasher pump and the washing machine fault needed a lock replacement which was ordered and paid for on the day. Another visit to fit the lock will be included in the first call out charge thankfully. I was surprised that 2 x Miele appliances in the same kitchen and 2 call out charges in full seemed a lot of expense. I would expect the second appliance work to be set at a reduced price. That said I would recommend Glotech and are happy with their service

Very helpful booking repair appointment Monday afternoon and call-out was most reasonable of all the numbers I'd been given by LG , the engineer telephoned in advance of call. Was slightly disappointed that despite me saying it was a door lock for an LG machine on the phone, the engineer only had a Samsung part on his van, part had to be ordered but arrived the next day. due to weekend could not be repaired until Monday, hence without a washing machine for 8 days, had to visit launderette which cost me £24 for 3 machine loads! Engineer arrived within Mondays allocated time slot, called in advance and repair was carried out in around 20 mins. Part cost had already been quoted and paid engineer on visit, so happy my machine is working again and would use again, just wish they had taken notice that my machine was LG and made sure something simple like a broken door lock was available as this held up my repair.

I found the company efficient and friendly in organising a visit for repair and the engineer knew his stuff, This would have been a 5 but no alternative solutionwas offered when found that parts needed were obsolete so repair could not be done

so far so good as we are now waiting on a replacement dishwasher to be supplied by Glotech. Technician who came to repair old one was on time and explained the reasons why the machine was not working showing evidence of calcinated pipework. He sent cost of replacement parts but advised that difference between cost of new parts and a new machine was quite small. We decided to go for a new dishwasher via Glotech. Glotech then halved the initial cost of the callout charge as only one visit was made. Very good service and await delivery of new machine within the estimated period.

Andrew was cheerful and efficient and solved what was , in the end, simply a hairclip behind the filter. Altering the date of the visit twice by email was a problem for me. A phone call would have been better. That would have been 5 star service.

I am so pleased that Andrew was able to resolve the issue - its always amazing how some very small things like hairclips and screws can have such a big impact on our domestic appliances... Excellent but the timing had been changed in error however I was still able to get to my appointment because mine ne was the next visit .

It was easy to book the repair online, and the phone line was also helpful and courteous. Glotech were not pushy, yet at the same time not reluctant to come out to look at the problem, so were my chosen repairers. I thought the call-out fee was very reasonable compared with others. The repairer travelled some distance in worsening snowy conditions. I cannot fault the level of customer care and clear communication. Unfortunately, the electronic fault on the freezer was not repairable, but the repairer was able to confirm that mechanically the freezer was working fine and there was no danger to health as it was over-freezing and not too warm. He also explained our options and potential costs very clearly.

Technician brilliant - communication from Glotech regarding appointment time having been changed none existent meaning someone waiting for an AM appointment which Glotech had changed to PM with no notification.

I found customer services very helpful. An appointment was quickly arranged and the Engineer phoned to let me know when he was thirty minutes away. He was very pleasant and went through the temperature settings on my LIebherr fridge several times as I was not sure I had done it correctly. He told me he had the same fridge as me and he also had condensation but that it was not a problem. I was worried about a split in the gasket around the door but he assured me that was not causing a problem, it would only be a problem if the split were on the face of the seal. Liebherr had told me that a replacement gasket was available to purchase and even gave me the part number should it be required but the engineer told me it was not replaceable and I would need to purchase a new door, IF a repair had been required. The way he told me to reset the temperature control did not coincide with what I had read in my instruction manual but it seemed effective and gave me some peace of mind. I am a little concerned that what the engineer (Liebherr trained I believe) and LIebherr themselves had told me were not the same but, overall, I felt Glotech were helpful from start to finish. I went into this knowing the terms and conditions but do feel £117.54 for a fifteen minute callout just to get some peace of mind is a little expensive but, had repairs been necessary, it would have been a good deal.

Engineer came out to look at my side by side fridge freezer. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He advised what to do and I am happy to say all is back up and working again.

As its turned out I had managed to right most of the problem with the washing machine myself prior to the Glotech engineer (Dean) calling. However, he not only made sure, and reassured me, that everything was OK, he then cleaned the machine and then also checked that our tumble drier was OK. More than satisfied.

The engineer was helpful & pleasant. However he didn’t manage to arrive within the time. It’s an integrated washer & he couldn’t get it back in place properly. It’s not a major issue as I’ve decided in anew washer. I do wonder what would have happened if I wasn’t??

Adam came on time to repair our wash8ng machine. Very clean polite and diligent unfortunately unable to find our intermittent fault although tried very hard. Offered good advice to try to help. Would recommend this company again especially Adam

The cost and repair work was excellent. There was a glitch with day the machine was repaired however rather than being given an excuse as to why the engineer did not turn up when he arrived the following day he actually explained what had happened and why the delay. It was so nice to not be fobbed and be told the truth which was human error. Would defiantly use agai

Really good service. The repair was undertaken relatively quickly and all appointments were kept and communication with Glotech and the technician was good throughout.
