“Service was excellent. There seems to be a blip in communications, however; your engineer confirmed that our Hotpoint dishwasher was not worth repairing. If we need help with its replacement, we'll certainly be in touch again.”

“Was informed by the engineers my washing machine was beyond repair, before my appointment to save me the cost of paying for a visit. I was grateful for this, but was kept informed from booking the appointment until such time it needed to be cancelled. Staff were very kind, helpful and understanding at all times.”

“I found it very easy to contact Glotech and the advisers were very helpful. I cannot fault the engineer, he arrived on time and was very neat and tidy. Unfortunately after three visits he could not repair the machine. I have purchased a new one from Glotech.”

“Needed to know office closes Friday 5 pm to Monday . Request for Monday appointment arrived to late so expected visit on Monday am8-1pm as requested. No automated response to say my request was too late. I cancelled appointments expecting a visit to repair my washing machine . Voice mail message left on Monday morning was inadequate; neede response by email as I had made the request on line. The engineer arrived Tuesday am after a phone call and request for that time . I am satisfied with the result of his diagnosis of the problem,and hope the part needed will be available soon.”
