“They provide me with an easy accessible website that gives me all the information that I require to make the choice on the insurance cover that I need. It is easy to understand, easy to find all the relevant information and easy to purchase. On top of this their general informative updates on travel issues are extremely good and welcomed. “My daughter needed cover after she had travelled and was already 2 weeks in to her trip when we realised she was not insured. Globe link arranged cover promptly over the phone, having sent them details by email the day before. A very satisfactory outcome from a potentially expensive situation.”

“Ease of booking on line at a competitive price rather than through an extended telephone conversation. One improvement would be for me to be able to telephone and explain what my visit to the hospital had been and whether it was still covered, but as I placed the order on a Sunday it just went to completion with no mention of phoning medical check the following day.”
