“I found the site very easy to use and follow.cant really comment on claims as I've only just joined. The price seemed very good compared to other sites for 2 or more for annual insurance.”

“I have no quibbles with the customer service team who are, as always, very helpful. My criticisms lie with the ridiculous medical screening process. The firm dealing with this has changed EVERY YEAR. Every year the same condition has either been free, 8 pounds, 300 pounds, free but with large excess...you get the drift! This year because of a recent operation, I was refused cover altogether unless I accepted a quote of over 2000 pounds! So, very reluctantly, I am travelling not only without that cover but without cover for the other minor conditions as well. I am exceedingly unhappy. I also dislike having to contact medical screening first and being passed from pillar to post: very expensive phoning from Spain. So, Globelink telephone staff are very good but the way the product is being sold is very frustrating and the price no longer good value. Linda Arthurs”

Dear Mrs. Arthurs, We are sorry to hear the medical screening teams who have been appointed by the Underwriters have not been consistent when handling your Pre-Existing medical conditions, if you email us here in the office we will do our best to assist with finding cover for your other minor conditions.

“As Italian , where often Insurance companies are not that much reliable , i am very satisfied of report quality/price of Globelink i travel a lot around the world and if was not so easy to find a good insurance company. i have two negative details - the maximum covered period of 120 days could be increased and it is not so easy your claim regulation. anyway I am very happy with you”

Thank you Mr. Bader for choosing Globelink Travel Insurance, unfortunately our maximum duration on a multi trip policy is up to 120 days (nearly 4 months) per trip per year but as single trip cover we can keep you insured for up to 15 months in any one trip.

“I came to you after an Internet search! I found the service quick and helpful, I had one query that I needed to telephone you about and your staff were well trained and informed. At the moment I am only covered on the cancellation part of the policy as I don't travel until the end of the year, hopefully I won't need to claim however I do feel that I can travel with peace of mind and enjoy my trip knowing "you have my back"! Your prices are competitive as well!”

“Used Globelink last year for annual travel insurance and thought they offered a good deal. Wanted to re-new this year for the same insurance and somewhat disappointed that the price had nearly double because I was a year older, although I had no medical conditions to declare, as before. I have been given a 10% discount and decided to re-new my policy, but may well search around when it comes to re-newing this time next year. They were prompt in responding to my query about the price, but really didn't answer what I was asking.”

“Having completed the two Medical Screening forms, I had to telephone the office for the result in order to buy the policy. The policy itself could be much silmplified.”
