“Not having to make a claim, after many trips insured with Globelink, I cannot rate them Very Good. The test will come if and when I have to make a claim. Certainly the cover is comprehensive, and the sums available seem to be sufficient, and the policy gives you a sense of comfort.”

“I used the website to get a Travel Insurance Quote. It was quite easy to access and use . However as I am of the "older generation " who don' t always like using computers I did phone your Helpline to ask a couple of questions before purchasing a Policy. The agent I spoke to was very courteous and helpful. As I have had a policy with Globelink International before the girl was able to pull up my details quite quickly and completed the transaction on the telephone with me which was very much easier for me! I was very happy with the service provided......”

“This is the second year I have taken out insurance with Globelink international, thankfully I have not had to make a claim, however when I did need information from them, they replied immediately and gave me a feeling of security that I was dealing with a professional company.”

“This is my second year with Globelink and the process of renewing was very straightforward and as the premiums had not gone up very much, the decision to renew was easy. As I had a couple of questions, I renewed by phone and the staff were extremely helpful.”
