“Well. I actually signed up with you guys again because it was easiest, not because I particularly enjoyed my previous experience. I feel you make it very hard to make a claim and it's just silly all the stuff you have to fill in when you already HAVE all my data. If I could have come up with someone else I would have moved on, but hey. So let's see how your second chance goes :) I really hope you will modernize your claims process so I can make a claim online rather than go through printing which is just hopelessly old fashioned.”

“I wanted insurance for a trip to Canada .I am a U.K. Resident but wanted my trip to start from Spain.Globelink had the policy to suite me.And at a great price plus the minor existing health issues were covered with no extra form filling.”

“They were very helpful and professional when I needed to purchase a policy when already abroad. The responded very promptly with a quote and processed the request without any delay. Cannot comment on making claims as I thankfully didn't need to make any during my trip.”

“The process of getting holiday insurance was prompt and efficient - apart from the agent dealing with my call, who made me repeat my name, and spell it, 4 times! She wasn't friendly or helpful, blaming the quality of the line for the fact that she couldn't hear me well - there was a lot of background chatter which didn't help. She needs to do a customer service course to improve her cold and brusque tones and communication skills.”
