“I have used your company for my last 4 trips, and am impressed that their staff are always very pleasant, they take as long as needed for you to understand all details regarding the policy you are purchasing, I have never felt pressured, and find at the end of my conversation am very happy to have used company with such nice people on the other end of the phone.”

“Have used your company several times before and have felt most confident. Again for the 6th time my wife and I are going to New Zealand to visit our beloved family secure in the knowledge that we are covered for unseen eventualities. Did 'surf the net' before buying another year's insurance but in my opinion you were so straightforward and clear and fairly priced that it was a very easy decision to continue with Globelink.”

“The big problem is your buying process. Clicking on the buy link I go from your very nicely designed site to a page that looks like it's been hacked asking for my money. Then I'm transferred to a completely different domain where I have to put in my password for the credit card. I checked this new domain online but despite the very questionable layout and look and domain name it's a legitimate site; however many people will surely think it's some kind of middle-man hack and their card details are being harvested. I nearly did.”

Dear Mr. Sutton, Thank you for sharing your feedback. Our website is secure as you will see the HTTPS lock symbol on the browser, however, for customers added security we do not take the payment, this is handled by a company called Worldpay who are a secure server set up internationally to take online payments, by card or via PayPal and they will immediately email you a payment receipt to confirm your transaction, that way any payment details not accessible either by ourselves or anyone else at any time.

“The website is great, very simple to compare and buy insurance with great help bubbles, etc. I've never had to make a claim, so can't comment on that side of things, but the buying process is a doddle and prices are good.”

“I have only given a rating of 3 as, so far, I have not made a claim so cannot in all all honesty rate that part of the service I have not experienced. I can state that I am completely happy with the cover provided and the ease of dealing with Globelink who we have used for years now and have never had a situation that was not handled in a friendly and professional manner. Would I recommend Globelink? Yes definitely.”
