“Did not make me happy , just an other cost I have to incur to go on holiday . Nothing against the company would have changed as I had a cheaper quote but stayed with this company as I have been with them for several years.”

“So far so good, just bought it. Good value (if it works, if it covers! Though I hope I will never find out!!) for a family. The website could do with a wee bit of fine tuning. Encountered some problems with the date/duration options, some unclarity, and had to call in twice to ask and get confirmation. The lady on the phone seemed very competent and was certainly friendly and articulate and answered my questions like a free thinking human being, Thanks a lot, Ms., rather than the sheep-like script readers one is accustomed to these days when calling helplines etc. Should it happen that I will have to make a claim, we shall see... :)”

“I live in Spain and Globelink was the quickest and easiest to do online. I saved and printed my documents staightaway. All my travelling information is now together. I travel to Scotland many times during the year so took out the annual policy. Thank you”

“After trying other companies who couldn't provide the policy I wanted at a reasonable price, I found Globelink and bought a policy from then. They are efficient and their prices are reasonable. As I travel a lot I am pleased to have found a company that can provide what I need and will always use them in the future.”

“Initial I purchased a 10day single trip policy but due to me then having to change the dates of my holiday it didn't cover the correct dates, I contacted globlinK and they kindly canceled and refunded me as it was before the start date. I purchased a multitrip 1 year policy which costed a little more than double compared to the single trip. Very happy with service. Thanks.”

“Luckily I never had to contact the insurance company during my travel so I can't really tell whether Globelink was (would have been) very helpful, but the application process was simple and there were no hidden costs, which was a big plus.”

“I have been using Globelink for my annual visit to Malaysia, every time I have found the process to book insursnce very easy to follow and the rates very competitive. On the occasions that I have needed to contact Customer Support, the service has been excellent, fast and conclusive. The regular newsletter is also to be recommended Needless to say I will continue to use Globelink as my preferred travel insurance provider.”
