“I found Globelink International personnel very helpful,when I needed help in filling in the online forms,all I had to do was phone the number on their page and they talked me through my difficulty. I would be glad to recommended to friends.”

“This is my second policy with Globelink and I haven't had to make a claim so I can't comment on that side of things but the staff are knowledgable and friendly and I like dealing with them.”

“Friendly staff, quick to arrange policy. Have yet to travel and am looking forward to my holidays. Fingers crossed we need never make a claim although that is when policy holders find out how really good an insurance policy/company is. Hopefully Globelink is one of the good guys!”

“I always feel that the time to write a review of an insurance company is when one has to make a claim! That's when one sorts the good, from the poor, from the bad, and from the terrible! Hopefully that time will not occur.... ever!”

“A friend had recommended Globelink for ex-pat insurance so I checked the website and it seemed to meet our needs for cover. However I had a query about the extra 'valuables' cover and when I rang to enquire about it my call was answered by a woman who showed a complete lack of interest in helping me with my query. I came away with the impression that I was just being a 'nuisance', to the extent that I decided to look for alternative policies. As it was I decided eventually to take out a policy with you as I could find no easier alternative.”

“Renewing our insurance was very easy. Unfortunately we had to claim on our son's policy two years ago. Granted it was only for a consultation for a minor infection, but it was dealt with speedily and without any problems. We have been happy to renew in the knowledge (hope) that we will be similarly treated if we have the need to make a claim.”
