“Yes I am very pleased with the new Van . I would definitely recommend your company. From start to finish the service has been excellent. “absolutely disgraceful had a quote all… absolutely disgraceful had a quote all lined up happy with price gave . but price gave was not true. took deposit from my account before i even signed anything. then went to cancel the process with 6 hours from start. but they said it was to late as they already took deposit wven though i didnt sign anything. then i got to.spk to a manager Robert the rudest person going wouldnt let me get a word in edge ways. my advice stay away from this company they are con artists. currently in a ongoing battle to get my money back 1 star is a to higher rating for this company Click “Yes, update me” to receive emails from Trustpilot about your reviews, inspiration, tips about businesses and products, information about Trustpilot, and new features. “Hi Deborah Apologies for my delayed response. We’ve been on holiday and I managed to leave my phone at home (luckily I didn’t need it for anything vital)! The van has been fine, my other half is thoroughly enjoying it. He has had one instance where the media centre wouldn’t turn on but it hasn’t happened again so we’re just going to keep an eye on that but other than that, it’s all good thank you. We have received the safety pack and dash cam from the lease company which was a nice surprise but have received another lot this morning so don’t know if they would want the second batch back at all. Yeah we would definitely recommend Global Vans to others, the process has been so quick and simple. Everyone we’ve dealt with have been lovely so definitely a 9/10 from us. Happy for you to publish, I’m a definite review checker so these are helpful. Thank you for sending the warranty bits, that’s really helpful and thank you for all your help. Kind Regards Sharon”

“I was so impressed at start but this soon went very bad. No ply wood in back on delivery No roof rack per agreement, this meant lost planned work of 3 days and a further day for wood and roof to be fitted no offer of compensation did ask nothing. Very poor communication once sale is agreed. Problems with paperwork re-signed more than. Told me deposit would come back in full before first payment, no true and didn't happen and wasnt full, jack said first year covered this isn't true and take this from deposit. For me this is one of the worst companies I personally have dealt with and has electrical contractor I dealt with a lot.”

“Hi David thanks for the refund my experience with Global vsns was very good and I have recommended you to somebody else called Gary Beecham it was a couple of sticky moments also didn’t get any mats in the van from Ford which I thought would be just standard other than that your staff was very helpful many thanks Steve Herring”

“You guys are a 10 in my book this has been a great experience .I have add a total of 3 new vans to my fleet thanks to the smooth service I have gotten. I am hard to impress as I own a car dealership in the USA , but you guys did it . I priced other places and got the run around on time lines, higher prices and had to beg to even get a price quote . The process of getting the van converted was so easy . In closing I would say don't loose Marc Pearne he has been great to work with and people like him are very hard to find .”

“I have to be honest, you and your company are at least a 10, I have been looked after from the very first conversation with Jack, every step of the way I have been kept fully informed of how things are progressing, every promise was kept, the van is fantastic and has lifted my profile with my workers and customers.
