Strange company. Told me van in stock , applied for finance(tiny amount). Five days later, still no answer,salesman ignoring calls and call backs. Sales manager later told me all finance companies taking a week plus. Went elsewhere, deposit paid, finance sorted, van ordered. Turnaround 90 minutes😂 Another salesperson admitted Vans not actually in stock(or indeed country). Just bizarre behaviour, and no idea why they lie like this. Possibly will get you to put deposit down , then have to wait weeks or months for the van to arrive once you are tied in? Whatever the explanation AVOID!

Hi Steve, thank you for your feedback. I can see you submitted your details for a finance application last Thursday, the application wasn't automatically accepted by the finance company so it would then go to a manual underwriter, they're currently running at a five day turnaround on decisions, it's now Tuesday so that's only three days. We have a wide range of finance partners, for the best rates the decision isn't always instant. I've confused when you say you placed a deposit, no payment has been asked for or taken at this stage. The van in the colour you asked for is in stock, we are short of stock in other colours so that's where you might be confused. I'm sorry we couldn't help you on this occasion, I hope you'll consider us in the future.

If I could I’d give no star..... From first contact to van delivery, 7 weeks.... They wouldn’t honour the on match any other dealer reference from the website. When I tried to pull out after confirming vehicle, they wouldn’t refund my money, Vanarama did when a similar situation arose earlier this year. They faked my salary income to secure a lease. When I questioned them on this they said it was generic and wouldn’t affect anything. So I gave correct figures and finance was refused. Finally secured finance after a lot more personal info being required. Then quoted me wrong vehicle reg. I arranged insurance, had to cancel policy when they notified me of wrong reg, wouldn’t pay the admin cost of changing policy so I’m out of pocket from their mistake. No one at any stage has shown any remorse or slightest sign of caring. All in all horrendous service.....

Hi Miles, thank you for your feedback, You ordered the van on the 6th August 2020, it's now four weeks later, that is a pretty quick turnaround considering the delay in you signing the finance documents. We submitted the information you gave us on the phone, you then questioned the paperwork which we sent you to double check, we then amended it as per your request and the finance company asked for clarification of your income. If a wrong registration was given please advise of the cost to change your insurance and i'll speak to the Ford dealer, I can't see any record of this on your file. Thank you for the business.

Terrible service. Delay after delay. Waited two months from the agreed delivery date. Now ignoring my calls. Kris and Jacob have consistently ignored me now the van is delivered. I have lost thousands of pounds of work.

Hi Sam, thank you for your feedback. I can see you ordered a Transit Custom on the 4th June and received delivery on the 15th July, that's a six week turnaround. I understand there was a couple of weeks delay due to logistics with Ford's delivery partner which we did explain at the time. I hope you're enjoying the van and look forward to speaking again in the future.

Rang up for a van yesterday that is advertised at £13990+vat and i want to bye it outright thats not the actual price its £15600 for which i am a little confused what the advertised price is for a con by the sounds of it?

KEEP WELL AWAY!!!! good service until I got the van. Had a problem with it. Found out they didn't give me the correct service information and left me to deal with it, Vauxhall have confirmed the information Global vans gave was misleading. Nearly a year on and still no response.

Hi Adam, I can see you took delivery of your Vauxhall Vivaro in September 2019. You contacted us two months later to say the door wasn't sitting properly and we advised you to get it booked into your local Vauxhall dealer to have it looked over. You then contacted us six months later to say you had the same issue again, we advised you to speak to the original Vauxhall dealer to see if they could rectify the problem but you advised you weren't happy with them so we liaised with another dealer for you who took your vehicle in to look. Again, you weren't happy with the Vauxhall dealer's response so we put you in contact with Vauxhall HQ customer service team. I'm sorry you're still not happy, we will continue to try and help get any issues resolved.

Very happy with my new van, I was confused about the whole process(leasing) at first but Robert and the rest of the team talked me through it and explained everything and I couldnt be happier, even in times like this the process was quick and simple , I’d definitely recommend them... thanks again 👌

PLEASE BE AWARE DONT use these clowns totally ripped me off of £550.00. Started the agreement quite well good corespondent from Ben, I made it quite clear we didn’t need the van until early June due to the pandemic. Then the trouble started 2 weeks to respond to emails! Requested Ben to contact me regarding an update on the images of the van which I was promised to confirm that I was happy with my purchase ( still waiting for that) The correspondence is really shocking with this company I know we were in the middle of the pandemic but 2 weeks to receive an email ? staff were working from home so I was told. Then I received an email from Zoe to say the van was ready for delivery! By then I had had enough and asked for a refund. 2 weeks passed then I received an invoice for £550 for the cancellation of the the vehicle. This was so called a holding deposit which I was Promised to be REFUNDED on completion or change of mind. I Chased up my refund that’s when Tony the director got involved he got the most ARROGANT ATTITUDE tried his BULLY BOY TACTICS HIDING BEHIND THE PHONE SHOUTING AND SCREAMING down the phone, basically told me IN HIS WORDS to do whatever you want! you wouldn’t get a penny back. You can pursue through your credit card company or the financial ombudsman You have no chance. Please be aware this is shocking behaviour from a so called Director. This review will be edited when I receive my refund back. If not it will be left on multiple social media platforms.

Hi Mark, I can see you ordered a Citroen Berlingo with options fitted on the 30th March, with an expected due date of 20th April. You then requested for the order to be put on hold until June which we agreed to and then when we went to arrange delivery in June you advised you wanted to cancel. We kept a brand new £15,000 vehicle to one side for you for three months, unfortunately there are costs involved when you then decided to cancel a bespoke vehicle, we try to keep these to a minimum and only charged you £458.33+VAT to cancel, the costs in re-homing the vehicle were a lot more.

Be careful with this company, I ordered a van for my business partnership and was told it had to be registered to one person. I wasn’t told that it would make that person (me) liable if things didn’t work out. I am now stuck with a van for another two years. I have spoken to the finance company regarding the mis-selling of this policy and they passed it on to the appropriate section at Global Vans nearly 3 months ago yet I have had no response whatsoever. I’m now taking it up with a specialist solicitor who deals with mis-selling. Have always hoped that GV would come up with a fair compromise... but nothing so far. STEER CLEAR!

Customer service was 10/10, a women by the name Tillie dealt with my phone call and was very please and how quick she managed to provide are delivery, Reccomend highly of this service and will be providing the name of Tillie to deal with the situation
