Overall I was very happy with the service from Global Vans. I bought a Renault Crew Van and got a good deal. Buying from Global Vans and selling my old van to "we buy any car" worked out ok. There was a minor problem with the electrics on the towbar but Global Vans sorted this for me. Recommended. Will Brown

Found these people on the general net. Ordered a New van from them, but had a few problems with the PDI and delivery date. These were things nothing to do with these people as a broker, and all I can say they bent over backwards to solve every issue involved with the New Vehicle. Unfortunately things can go wrong with a purchase and all these were down to the manufacture not the people who helped me buy the vehicle. Great price and service second to none service all round, will come back . Many thanks. Paul

Well there's nothing I can say in your favour at this point of time having had the van reg no cf63dua nearly 2 months and still no tax disc and still no documents what more can I say

Continued apologies for this unacceptable situation. We are in regular contact with the supplying Ford Dealer, the DVLA and yourselves to get this issue resolved. As you’re aware the new Tax Disc system introduced last year allows the Dealer to deliver new vehicles without Tax Discs which is then typically posted to the customer within 14 days. Unfortunately although the Ford dealer posted the tax disc out recorded delivery it never arrived. To obtain a duplicate is a relatively simple process, you just need to take your V5 (logbook) to a larger post office and they’ll issue a duplicate for you. Unfortunately the Ford dealer sent the V5 to you in the same envelope as the tax disc so we’ve had to obtain a duplicate V5 as well, this can take a couple of weeks for the DVLA to process but my understanding is that this should be with you in the next couple of days. I do sincerely apologise for the unacceptable service you have received, we will get this resolved.

Excellent service and would recommend to anybody! Price was the best i could find and the van came in top condition too! I dealt with Melanie when i ordered my van, her attitude to the order was very good, polite and courteous and professional! Friendly staff, they know thier business. They deliverer without bullshit - Sales staff help without the need to embellish. Admin staff help without the need to prevaricate. Great news for buyers I would recommend again Regards Malcolm Wood

the deals are good as your services,but you need to improve your customer service/some of them are very brief on the phone,sounds bored and do not want to explain the details/ the only contact is by phone and you definitely need to improve it. happy talks,happy customers,more sales... best regards,Deyan

Not overly impressed with service, Had to keep chasing to find out the progress of order and not explained that RFL & New vehicle tax would be taken out of deposit. Still not had the full deposit taken form my account by finance company, I get the impression that all your company wants is to take an order process it and go on to the next punter. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Thank you for your review. I've had a look into your file and do apologise if you feel you received less than satisfactory service. We received your order on the 20/2, gave you the registration number on the 24/2 and sent the finance documents out to you straight away, you returned the docs on the 28/2 and we then processed the docs and booked delivery for the next available slot. The finance company typically take the deposit a couple of days after delivery, if you still haven't had the deposit payment taken please let me know and I'll follow up. We are only a small business and only wanted to order 1 van and I must admit we were quite nervous about ordering 1 from people so far away from home but we took the plunge and are now so glad that we did. First of all the price that they offered us on a new Citroen Dispatch was really really good. We had obviously shopped around but their offer beat all the other prices we had collected. It was a lot more than that though. From the initial enquiry , right the way through the buying process, to delivery of the van, the people we have dealt with have been very helpful, friendly and efficient.They have kept us so well informed with e-mails and phone calls , everything just ran like clockwork. May we specially mention Becky Turner and Laura McIntyre, it was a pleasure to deal with them.[ Vans Direct really need to look at their telephone manners and take a leaf out of these girls books ] So THANK YOU Global Van Solutions , we shall hopefully meet again.

Very pleased with the vans, service provided and friendly staff. The process however was quite stressful on both sides. We caused you problems because our MD was so busy and could not always provide what you needed - that was our fault! However, we would have expected a little bit more flexibility from you. Some of your rules are too rigid and caused us a lot of delays. That being said we would definitely use your services again now that we know the process more clearly.

Global Vans have been first class. From the initial quotation, which came within an hour of my request, to documents and delivery, everything was done in a fast efficient manner. Three new vans delivered in a matter of days. A competitive deal and an excellent service... What more can you ask for?

From the initial call Justin was very informative and helpful. Laura did everything possible to help the paperwork go as fast as possible. The Van was prepared exactly as required and in perfect order when it arrived. Exactly as promised. Very, very pleased.

First time i have used Global van solutions, my Toyota truck was delivered minus three items missing as per order, not pleased, after numorous phone calls i was reassured that the order would be completed asap, unfortunately after phone call after phone, call and passed from one person to another, the order was completed weeks and weeks later, and done very poorly .I like the truck, but not all the hassle that went with it, so will not be useing Global vans again.

Thank you for you feedback, its important to us. Having looked at this deal we were let down by our accessory supplier which went out of business and left us in the dark. We were quick to respond to the issue but apologise for any inconvenience caused.
