“I wasn’t sure if what I had ordered was correct and was afraid I might have to send it all back. Your very courteous and informed staff dealt with my query pleasantly, effectively and reassured me that I’d indeed bought the correct product. And he corrected a small charge issue I had not identified. He solved the problem well and that’s outstanding. I would recommend you.”

“I am more than pleased to be able to give you my feed back as to the service I received from your Company and ofcourse through David Smith, over a period of months, my wife and I made a decision to purchase a Sony TV from your Company. For well over 20 years my wife's German Mother, Mrs. Ingrid Williams and her German 'lodger', Frank Mayer dealt with Snellings with respect to organising German TV in to their home in Old Catton, Norwich - over the years they had several TVs - all from Snellings - they would always tell me of the great service that Snellings gave them. Sadly they no longer here but have always remembered their views of Snellings, in particular the degree of service that they gave them over many years - that is the reason my wife and I approached your company some months ago. your service is 100% in all areas - from David Smith to the various 4 chaps we met to deliver the set and install - I was most impressed with your team we met and nice to hear that they have quite a longivity as to their length of time with their Company of Snellings - it was nice to hear that they remember well the German couple in Old Catton - Mrs. Williams and Frank Mayer. Just a fortnight ago we had a query as to a Neff oven - your Service department so, so helpful - thank you All. GOOD SERVICE BREEDS GOOD SALES !”
