“I recently purchased a television, the salesman could not have been more helpful,he demonstrated the three I was considering giving me all the details and specifications,but he did not try and push any of them leaving me to make up my mind. I left the documents on the counter and he emailed them to me before I got home! Excellent service and would not hesitate to recommend you to anybody. THANK YOU.”

“I’ve submitted ‘Acceptable’ but I feel it fell slightly below this level but definitely NOT ‘Poor’. Reasoning is although it was the showroom model, nobody had checked the contents, for example the instruction manual was misssing and also the sample washing caps meaning I had to travel to Norwich to retrieve the manual to enable us to use the washing machine. I still haven’t received an email showing the receipt which is required for registration of extended warranty and most of all enabling me to claim the £200 cash back offer.”

“I recently bought a number of white goods from Gerald Giles for my new home . From the excellent service at the store from Phil and his team to the delivery guys who turn up when they say they will plus take all the old packaging away the service is second to non - appreciate they have a competitor near by but I always much prefer to use Gerald Giles”

“I had a problem with a radio that I purchased from Gerald Giles. The product was faulty. There was no problem returning the item whatsoever. I upgraded to a newer model and paid the difference. The courier service was first class too. Nice to ring a place and speak to an actual person who is literally in the place you bought it from. The staff were totally clued up and resolved the issues immediately. 5 stars.”
