“I had a problem with a radio that I purchased from Gerald Giles. The product was faulty. There was no problem returning the item whatsoever. I upgraded to a newer model and paid the difference. The courier service was first class too. Nice to ring a place and speak to an actual person who is literally in the place you bought it from. The staff were totally clued up and resolved the issues immediately. 5 stars.”

“By good and clear information by the sales person when making our decision regarding purchasing a TV. Excellent and friendly team who delivered and set up the new TV. The only reason I have scored 4 and not 5 is that I accidentally deleted the email confirming the purchase and with the accompanying offer. I emailed Snellings and asked the delivery men to pass on my request. Neither has brought the desired result - I am still waiting.”

“This company was a pleasure to deal with, extremely helpful. Although there was a delay with the order due to being out of stock they replied extremely promptly when I emailed them regarding an update. I would not hesitate to buy from this company again. Excellent customer service which I believe is very important.”

“Found sales personnel very knowledgeable and friendly. Very easy to book an installation appointment. The installation engineers were really professional. The washing machine was installed and demonstrated with no fuss or mess. Can’t fault dealing with Snellings in any way. We know from past experience that the after sales service is first class.”

“I bought a tumble dryer online from Snellings, my first purchase from from this well known local retailer. It was my first purchase from them, and was very successful. The delivery driver rang half an hour before the delivery, and was very polite, courteous and neat when he and his mate arrived. They installed the machine perfectly. I would recommend Snellings, and I expect to make further purchases in the future.”

“Prompt replacement of a relatively rare built in slimline dishwasher was excellent. the earlier attendance by a snelling technician had however failed to spot the impending failure of the motor unit which occasioned some waste of time and a call out fee.”

“The order process was excellent and despatch fast, I received an email to inform me that the item was been successfully delivered, it had not! I called your company to inform them about the email and that the item had not been delivered to this address, I was told that the item had been successfully delivered to the correct address and it had been signed for by Flannery. I told them that this was not correct and that the time that this parcel was being signed for I was at a Doctors appointment with my son. He said he would look into it. Fortunateley the people where the parcel had been delivered to are honest people and brought the item around, when talking to them they said the parcel had not been signed for. When I called your company back the person who I talked to did not know anything about my previous call, so much for looking into it!!! If it was not for honest people I would be out of the cost of the item and you took the attitude that I was lying about not receiving this item. I would not trust that if I ordered anything from your company that I would received it.”
