“Excellent shop,good product range with competitive pricing. Staff knowledgeable and we received good advice regarding our new frig/freezer unit. Delivery was excellent as were the installation staff. A cautionary note--make sure you check the design and function features carefully BEFORE ordering. We didn't pay enough attention to the design and now have a nice Siemens frig/freezer which unfortunately has some severe limitations due to restricted door opening,poor shelf adjustment and freezer drawer capacity--none of these are down to Snellings in any way who I greatly recommend”

“I received very good service from Gerald Giles. I came into contact with 5 members of staff all of whom were knowledgeable, helpful and understanding . I am very satisfied with the service I received throughout - in choosing my dishwasher, in purchasing the item, the fitting , and after fitting support. I would recommend anyone to use this firm”

“We were looking for a new tv and popped into Gerald Giles, the salesman was extremely helpful we found what we were looking for (they price match so we didn't need to shop around) and it was delivered at a specific time 3 days later. We decided to pay to have it installed which was worth every penny he left us with a fully working tv than you very much Gerald Giles”

“I was having trouble with my sound bar,I rang and spoke to a salesman in G/Giles store,the assistance I received was a real pleasure,he went through everything with me including checking Samsung's website,eventually he came up with a suggestion,which I tried, and was successful in getting it back working,to say it was a pleasure to get that sort of help today is very rare.”

“After a visit from Lee and his son Dylan to look at our washing machine they told us about a product recall on Tumble Dryers (thank you) we didn't know. Customer service outstanding although our washing machine wasn't repairable we went to the sales room to pick up another and it was ready and waiting, another thank you to the salesmen. Personal service we don't get on the High Street. John & Hilly”

“Mark and Charles listened to what we were looking for and could not have been more helpful, courteous and professional. We went to purchase a new dishwasher and bought a television too! “Very knowledgable advice on how to connect all my systems to the new TV and excellent service all round. Delivered when they said they would and helped with post sales advice to sort out a minor issue I had which was not related to the purchase. “I was prompted to try Snellings as my parents and grandparents always bought or hired their televisions from you for several years. It was my first visit and took a little while to find the shop as not familiar with Blofield. However the guy who showed me and my son around was very easy to talk to and listened to what we were looking for in helping me to make a decision on the television I purchased. I am very please with my television and hope to do business again. I did not realise that you sold other home equipment which I may purchase in the future.”

“I ordered a Which? Best Buy Samsung fridge/freezer from Snellings as I've purchased goods from them in the past, and found them to be competitive and helpful. No long-winded menus and tiresome waits when you telephone them, and the fridge was delivered on time by 2 helpful gents who unpacked and removed the packaging, and put the fridge in the required place. Highly recommended.”

“Ordered a new Fridge/Freezer after my old one failed, Ordered it on a Sunday and was told it would be delivered today (24th Sep 2016). Sure enough they delivered it just now, the two delivery drivers were friendly and actually were happy to bring it up the stairs to my 2nd floor flat (even though their terms & conditions state 'ground floor delivery only') I have yet to plug in the appliance and test it, (manual says: 'allow two hours to settle before plugging in appliance') I personally cannot fault my experience with Gerald Giles.”
