“Always had very helpful service and technology explained to us quite simply. The installers are polite and extremely helpful too in knowing we don't understand a lot with the new devices we purchase! Therefore, we always return for our purchases”

“I can't recommend Snellings highly enough. I phoned them one morning in distress with a dead fridge-freezer and had a new one installed and chilling by mid-afternoon. They have been friendly, helpful and efficient and I will be using them again (and again!).”

“We have dealt with Snellings some years ago when previously residing in Norfolk, we were impressed with the showroom layout and knew which TV we required prior to arriving, We were left alone while we browsed and your representative Jon Spencer only approached us when he knew we needed help, he was an excellent ambassador and salesperson, he demonstrated the Samsung TV we wanted, and even spent time in respect of which speaker would suit our needs, and demonstrated the sound quality of the Bose, both of which we purchased. We also purchased a Bosch fridge/freezer which was on offer, again Jon went over the machine to ensure it met our needs, and on the strength of this we purchased the same. Jon was sociable, understanding and satisfied our needs fully. Your delivery/installation team arrived on time and again tuned the TV and speaker to our system, so all we had to do was switch on! all in all we would very strongly recommend Snellings as suppliers to all audio and white goods as the service was excellent, the showroom is spacious and not confusing, and if Mr Snelling was still around he would we are sure be more than content with the way his business is handled, in our opinion old fashioned values with a 21 first century attitude - thank you to all, we will see you again - T & N Gowers.”

“From sales to installation was all excellent. The whole customer experience is exemplary. Ordered a BOSCH under counter integrated fridge on a Monday and it was installed on the Wednesday. The price was very keen compared to other retailers including fitting and disposal of old appliance. The fitting engineers were friendly, courteous and extremely professional. Their attention to detail was impressive. Have bought audio equipment, TVs and DVDs before but this is the first time have purchased a kitchen appliance. If required will have no hesitation buying any equipment in the future. Highly recommend this local company.”

“I contacted Gerald Giles twice during June to discuss the virtues of the various Miele washing machines (have had one previously from some 17 years previously). The advice I received from Mr.Keeley helped me to identify the machine I required. In very many ways the new machine is an advancement on my previous model - however in some respects it does not quite match up to previous quality - that is a problem for Miele and no reflection on Gerald Giles.”

“We recently purchased Neff appliances for our kitchen refit from Gerald Giles. We had previously bought electrical goods from them and from that experience we were keen to use them again. Their knowledge of the products was excellent and they spent a considerable amount of time helping us make the right choice. They matched internet prices so we were delighted to use them again. We would have no hesitation in recommending them and have been singing their praises to friends.”

“We would like to than the obliging and helpful staff at Gerald Giles who helped us to choose the right oven and hob for our needs and overcame difficulties with fitting and power supply to get the new equipment installed and working with minimum inconvenience. Brilliant!”
