very pleased with the service we received, we were given a lot of help in the shop itself very helpful arranging delivery , the men who delivered the goods very cheerful helpful , definitely shop there again for further electrical goods

Very impressed with both the shop service( Ber Street) and the delivery/fitting service. Advice and guidance by staff in helping us make a decision was very helpful and the delivery was most punctual as promised. A very satisfactory purchase. We have noticed however a very small dent high on the front of the door which appears to be in the manufacture of the Fridge/Freezer. Thankfully not serious enough to demand a replacement.

I have already written to Paul Giles praising the help we had from Scott Compton, he coped excellently in difficult circumstances, my husband has Dementia and he was very patient and considerate. We have shopped at Snellings for many years, it is always our first port of call and we have never been disappointed, we will definitely always shop there.

I am a widow and OAP the advice I received was not good and I had to take my son back to the shop to help get the problem sorted. I received a telephone call from Snellings office asking if they could send somebody to check on the numbers on the back of the T.V I purchased because they had forgotten to enter them for their records , I stayed in all the following afternoon as requested but nobody turned up and I have not received a apology. I was left thinking I was taking advantage of because of my age, Very disappointed . I expected something better from Snellings.

As a company, we strive to give the best advice based on our customers’ requirements, and I am disappointed to hear that you feel we failed on this occasion. On attempting to register for a free five year warranty on your behalf, the serial number Linsar had, did not correspond with the one which we took from your set. Unfortunately, some miscommunication within the company due to staff absences occurred and we did not visit when we said that we would, and for that I apologise. I hope that this was not too much of an inconvenience for you. We do still need to arrange a visit so we can check your serial number to register the five year warranty. Our Showroom Manager will be in touch shortly, so you can choose a time best suited to you. We were helped by very knowledgable staff who were able to answer all our questions in order for us to buy the right white goods for us. We like the fact that products can be repaired if the need arises.

Nothing is too much trouble for the staff at Gerald Giles. I spent ages deciding which TV to go for and the team answered all of my questions. They provided me with a model that suited my needs and didn't try to sell me something too big or with too many features and functions. I am happy with both the service and the purchase.

Although possibly not the 'rock bottom' cheapest with regards to the price of their products v online or Superstore competitors, they more than make up for this with their excellent delivery, installation, and overall first class customer service.

To whom it may concern. Despite some initial uncertainty, it turned out that Robert Bosch Hausgeräte GmbH did indeed still manufacture its 80cm 5-zone, frameless, induction hob, so our order was placed with the Gerald Giles store (opposite John Lewis) Norwich. This hob replaced a ca. 8-year old, 4-zone Bosch induction hob, the glass top of which had suffered irreparable accidental damage caused by a full condiment jar toppling on to it from a height of approximately 2ft. The knowledgeable and helpful Gerald Giles' staff were able to source, supply, deliver and fit the new 5-zone Bosch Induction hob model to our complete satisfaction, all for £800.00. (Luckily for us the hob was reduced due to it being a 'Black Friday price')
