“Ordered a new Fridge/Freezer after my old one failed, Ordered it on a Sunday and was told it would be delivered today (24th Sep 2016). Sure enough they delivered it just now, the two delivery drivers were friendly and actually were happy to bring it up the stairs to my 2nd floor flat (even though their terms & conditions state 'ground floor delivery only') I have yet to plug in the appliance and test it, (manual says: 'allow two hours to settle before plugging in appliance') I personally cannot fault my experience with Gerald Giles.”

“Was surprised that a respected local dealer competed and in fact bettered online prices, the local dealer had to be first choice. Purchase transaction was smooth followed very soon by a call to arrange delivery. Delivery spot on, told between 2 & 5pm came at 3pm. Excellent service”

“From many past dealings with Snellings,both on my personal behalf, and when I used the firm on my employer's business,I found my latest encounter typical of all my previous experiences.Price was competitive,delivery was on schedule and installation was conducted professionally by competent and very friendly and polite personnel, who removed and disposed of the old washing machine.I have always felt able to thoroughly recommend Snellings to acquaintances and will not hesitate to do so in the future.”

“As so often happens, our previous washing machine broke down quite suddenly so we had not expected to be replacing it! The assistant in the shop was very helpful and well informed and most importantly was able to arrange delivery within a couple of days. We live in an awkward spot in the city centre and the utility room is in the basement but the delivery men were excellent - very efficient and pleasant. Finally, now I am getting used to the new machine and its numerous programmes I am very pleased with it! Barbara Searle Norwich”

“When my tenant's washing machine broke down one call to Snelling and a visit was arranged. Unfortunately the washing machine was beyond repair and my heart sank but Snellings offered a refurbished machine at a very reasonable price and arranged to deliver and install it and remove the old one within a few days. They liaised with the tenants and the whole process couldn't have been better handled. 10/10”

“Very helpful staff in store, happy to spend time in making sure I got the right spec for all my appliances ( needed 6 for kitchen replacement project), competitive prices. Delivery was exactly when agreed, guys very helpful and friendly and checked all packaging ensuring nothing had been damaged in transit.”
