“Gerald Giles was one of the “shopping” results on Google when I was looking for a particular product. They had the best price, but I hadn’t heard of them before so I was a bit cautious but I didn’t need to be - the product was as described, the delivery was super-quick and the overall service was excellent. Thanks!”

“the vacuum cleaner is fine and was dispatched on time, UNFORTUNATELY THEY CHOSE TO USE DHL TO DELIVER IT, THEY DELIVERED TO A HOUSE ON A DIFFERENT ROAD WITH A DIFFERENT NUMBER ABOUT HALF A MILE AWAY THEN IGNORED US WHEN WE COMPLAINED.”

“This is my second time purchasing from this company. Website is easy to navigate and kept up to date during the delivery process. The best feature is that they use DHL as their chosen courier,so you get a delivery time slot with text message as well. Will definitely purchase again in the future”
