“Waited for weeks for an engineer visit after being told no available engineer and they would be in touch. They never contacted me. I followed up after 3 months of waiting. Finally had a two minute visit and a £90 Call out fee to confirm fault, then a £455 quote to fix fault”

“I did call in to thank the two men who installed a new cooker, freezer and fridge in my flat. They were both efficient, polite and very tidy. The staff I encountered whenever I went into the showroom were extremely helpful and courteous. I could not have asked for better service. Thank you. Susan Lister”
