“I have never shopped with Gerald Giles before, but they did not disappoint. The price was competitive to the cheapest online search. Fantastic tracking details and next day delivery. Unfortunately a piece of the hoover arrived damaged. I called the service team, didn't have to press 100 buttons or wait in a queue, straight through to the team. The issue was resolved quickly and a replacement part arriving the next day after the original shipment. Thank you Shani! I will definitely shop with Gerald Giles again and support a smaller company.”

“I purchased a Play bar as a surprise gift for my husband for Christmas. The staff from both stores went above and beyond to ensure it remained a surprise! Amazing customer service that you could only get with these independent stores. Will definitely use again in the future and items fairly priced too. Very happy customer! 😊”

“In a world thats gone crazy over the last 2 years, what a great start to 2022! We had phoned Miele to talk about our washing machine, Snellings are approved repairer’s of Miele. I was very impressed how quickly Snellings booked us in, a “i am going to arriving call” From Dylan - 30 mins later her arrived. Cheerful & professional her did his thing, taking time to explain everything to me. In a world where customer care is not as good as it used to be…… Dylan is an exception to the rule! I can’t tell you how impressed i am, this young man is a credit to Snellings & of course Miele who he visited us on their behalf. Top all round service I highly recommend Both Miele & Snellings service 5* plus”

“Excellent service, We ordered a kitchen aid toaster late morning and it arrived the next day at 8.45 a.m. I had to phone for some extra details and again the service was brilliant. We will most certainly be using them again. P.S. Even the courier was excellent and followed my note as instructed.”
