“I have dealt with Gerald Giles on two occasions and each time it has been a wonderful experience. I found their sales people to be very knowledgeable and helpful. They also price match so you can be sure you get the best deal, I also feel relaxed knowing they are there for you if you should have any problems after delivery.”

“Usually order from well known retailers but was attached to this site by the price of the product. Placed my order on Wednesday evening and it arrived signed for on Saturday morning. Communication and fast delivery means I will definitely be buying from again. Would highly recommend.”

“The customer service from Gerald Giles is excellent, as is their range of products, tracking of delivery etc. Very highly recommended to anyone looking for excellent service and excellent value. Their prices were equal to John Lewis and cheaper than Amazon. Big isn't always best and I'd far rather support a real business.”

“So pleased that I discovered Snellings' repair service. To cut a long story short, my elderly Mum was about to ditch her 4 yr old washing machine and spend money on a new one because the call out fee from the manufacturer was £175 + any extra time and parts. When she told me this, I searched for local engineers and Snellings attracted my attention because of the positive feedback. I arranged via email for them to give my Mum a call and within 48 hours of this she had her washing machine sorted out, advice on how to use and maintain it properly; something she felt she knew already but "I can't believe what I didn't know after all these years". She rang me that evening to was lyrical about the engineer, the service and how happy she was and, it was less than half of the price of the manufacturer's call out. I've now booked an engineer in to repair my oven which I've been putting off as I was waiting for a recommendation for a reliable and engineer that was a decent price. Thank you so much for your excellent service. You communicated really quickly via email and telephone, you clearly genuinely care about your customers and the service you provide.”

“Excellent service on all aspects from point of sale to installation. Would not hesitate to recommend Gerald Giles. We have recently replaced our kitchen and all the appliances. The showroom at Gerald Giles has a good selection of products. Phil Canessa was extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding the differing specifications of the products, which helped us to make our choice. The items were all available quickly, but Gerald Giles held them in storage until we were ready for delivery. The delivery was on time, quick and without fuss. The appliances all arrived in perfect condition and have been installed by my kitchen fitters. At this moment in time all appear to be exactly as promised. Very pleased indeed”

“Ordered item 20-1. Advised would be delay in delivery. Delay extended. Advised GG to cancel order due to extensive delay. Email back suggesting order could be cancelled. Advised to cancel- no response; escalated to Paypal. It should NOT take 3 contacts to get an order cancelled. Appalling service.”
