“First time using this company and so glad I did. Was having problems ordering on line so phoned and spoke to a nice young gentleman who talked me through the process also gave me an option to order on-line or with him. Delivery was exactly as he said. Won't hesitate to use this company again. Very happy customer.”

“I ordered a toaster from Gerald Giles Unfortunately there was a problem with the casing I rang Gerald Giles re the problem and the next day the toaster was collected and replaced by a new one I am very impressed by their excellent service and wouldn't hesitate in purchasing from them in the future - Thank You”

“I needed a replacement washing machine urgently and having contacted all the large suppliers in Norwich, Gerald Giles were the only firm who were willing to deliver their display model the next working day. But better than that they had a delivery of new appliances and a new one was delivered, the old one removed a very good prompt service, they are to be congratulated on their staff.”

“Loved the design and colour and easy opening lid, but found the filter awkward to get out and click back - dropped inside the kettle and wouldn’t tip out, so had to put my hand inside to feel for it and get it out, then got my hand stuck! A bit heavy, but good performance and quick boil, pleased with it.”
