“I have just received my parcel and there were only 5 bottles in there 3 number 1’s and only 2 number 2’s . I am sure there were meant to be 6 bottles , awaiting a reply”

“Customer service was excellent after receiving a Magimix with a damaged motor housing. Shani dealt with our problem and even checked the Magimix in stock before sending us a new one. Sadly that also had a cracked motor housing. No fault of Snelling Gerald Giles as they were delivered to them already damaged. Shani contacted Magimix and sent us a new one with no extra cost to us for shipping. Thank you Shani, we will shop with you again!”

“Ordered a kitchen aid from the site as it was heavily discounted order was picked and sent quickly with updates at every stage and arrived next day. The mixer is great compared to my old Bosch optimum can do 2kgs of bread dough without and issues”

“Good customer service when things go wrong but constant mistakes are making me choose alternative suppliers. This particular order, I ordered Ultraphase 1 cartridges and Ultraphase 2 arrived. Then I have to send them back and wait longer to get the original order as they won’t ship the replacement until they’ve received the wrong ones back.”
