“This radio is a lovely little thing. I have purchased it as a present so cannot say if it works ok yet - i do hope so! The packaging could have been a bit better - a bit more padding as when things are posted through royal mail they tend to play football with them (even when it says fragile). I know this from previous experience. It would be great if you could give your customers the choice of which carrier they wish to use. I understand you also use dpd and I was hoping it would come with them.”

“The purchase was easy but the delivery from DHL was dealyed and they claimed that delivery could not be made to my address when i had been in all day.”

“I ordered the product and DHL were going to send out my order on the 08/01/26, this was then delayed to 09/01/26. I contacted your team and requested that they deliver on the weekend of 10/01/26 or 11/01/26? I am away for a few days from today and told your operator that it would be a t least till the 23/01 /26 before I am at home. I now have been told it is my duty to travel to the DHL depot in Cardiff as they have the package!”

DHL would not have been able to deliver over the weekend. Our communications page indicates DHL received a request for your order to be collected from one of their depots. “I was so very pleased to find this name on line. For me it brings back memories of my parents using the firm many years ago they always favoured the firm. Unfortunately in my ignorance I thought the name had gone however I am now enlightened. The on line service worked really well for the item I needed. So while it's a journey for me to get to Norwich I intend to visit the store where it's convenient for me.”

“Too early to finalise the review. The wrong item was delivered so the review will depend upon how well the Company responds and remedies the situation. SGG made every effort to remedy the problem and did not hesitate to provide a return label and refund when the problem could not be solved. An honourable company with whom to do business.”
